The house occupies a hilltop just above a village, is overlooked by no one and overlooks everyone and everything. You are truely 'king of the castle', allowing you to enjoy the outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi, sun terrace and the views in complete privacy. The air is clear and clean and the silence broken only by bird song. During the day, you can enjoy uninterrupted sunshine from sunrise to sunset, and at night, you have the whole of the heavens above you with stars right down to the horizon. The house itself will leave you wanting for nothing as it is extremely well appointed throughout. A 5 minute walk down the hill brings you to a good local bar and restaurant. The beautiful town of Tavira, the great beaches of the eastern Algarve and several golf courses are all only 15-20 minutes drive down to the coast.

Changeover day
Change over days are flexible.

| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge is equipped with a plasma screen TV with satellite reception and a DVD. It opens out via glass doors onto the shade terrace. |

All bed linen and towels for use in the house are provided and changed each week. Towels for use at the beach are not included. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is ideal for honeymoon couples. All windows are fitted with louvre shutters, mosquito screens and security glass.
Outside
There is a long, south facing shade terrace. There is a special barbeque area with seating. There is a huge sun terrace with hot-tub jacuzzi. There are sun loungers, dining table, and reclining chairs. From all outside areas you enjoy stunning views down to the coast. The whole outside area is completely private due to its elevated position.
Coast/Beach
The coast is a 15-20 minute drive down hill. The Eastern Algarve beaches are long, golden sand beaches, with the warmest water in Portugal, blue flag status, and miles of space for everyone. Nudism is acceptable outside the main areas.

Travel
Faro Airport is about 45 minutes drive away. A hire car is essential.
Distances
The nearest village with two bar/restaurants is only 5 minutes walk. The main coastal town of Tavira is 15 minutes drive away, as is the holiday town of Cabanas.
Booking notes
For bookings made more than 2 months in advance of arrival, a 30% deposit is required. The balance of 70% is due 2 months before arrival. For bookings less than 2 months in advance of arrival, full payment is required on booking. In the case that you cancel a booking, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Of the remaining 70%, we will refund as much as we recoup in replacement bookings.
