Accessibility
Wheelchair access to all ground floor areas, which includes
bedrooms and bathrooms, except for bedroom 1 which is on the upper floor.

Lovely landscaped gardens with a citrus orchard surrounding the villa. Alongside the drive there are a further 3 acres of natural land with fig, almond and carob trees. Ample sized swimming pool with large terraces and lawn area. Built in barbecue with shaded dining area. Pool security fencing available for children. Plenty of sunbeds and mattresses.
Coast/Beach
15 to 20 minutes drive takes you to glorious beaches east and west of Albufeira. Marvellous walks from and around the Villa with birdlife and occasional sightings of wild boar.
Golf
Several golf courses are within 20 to 30 minutes drive away.
Travel
A car is essential. Faro airport is 40 minutes away.
Lisbon airport is approx 2 hours away.
Distances
The small town of Paderne is approx 7 minutes drive.
Other shops 10 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a cinema is approx 15 minutes drive.
