Flexible changeover, Arrival time is generally 3.00pm with departures at 10.00am. This is flexible depending on the outgoing/incoming guests.

The property is managed by a local English couple living 15 mins away. They will welcome/speak to all guests as they arrive and ensures our guests are satisfied with the property etc. Prices include linen, towel change and maid service once a week. |

Notes on accommodation
The house is fitted with smoke alarms. Children are welcome. Cot, High chair and stair gates are available free upon request. Non Smoking indoors. No pets allowed.
Outside
Each room has its own balcony. A spacious roof terrace with a built in BBQ. 4 reclining sunloungers, table and 6 patio chairs. Ample car parking spaces.
Coast/Beach
Alvor beach has been described as one of the best beaches in the Algarve. It is sandy and has many coves to explore. The beach is 2 miles, Alvor village is 2 mins by car (20 mins walk). Watersport facilities are available along the beach.
Golf
2 championship golf courses nearby Palmares & Penina. Our Managing agent is a keen golfer and can advise the suitability of the courses.
Travel
Faro Airport is approximately 45 mins drive on the motorway. Car hire is advisable but not essential as the house is closeby to the main bus route to Alvor village/beach.
Distances
The house is a good base to use for visiting the many attractions in the Algarve. We have a visitors guide in the house which lists many of the attractions eg: Zoomarine, water parks, local markets, etc. All within easy travelling distance using the motorway. For the more adventurous, Lisbon is only 3 hours away and Seville in Spain is 2 hours.
Further details
Alvor has all the attractions of a local Portuguese fishing village, with an attractive harbour area. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, small shops and a couple of supermarkets. Offers something for everyone! There is a large retail park within easy reach of the house (5 mins by car).
Booking notes
£150 deposit per week. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. £80 damage deposit which is payable/returned via our agent on site.
