Only ten minutes by car from the historic town of Lagos, its great beaches and famous golf courses, Quinta da Bravura is a splendid estate surrounded by landscaped gardens and private terraces dotted with sun beds. The pool is 4m by 12m and can be heated at an additional cost of 100 euros a week. The pool terrace is very private and has many fruit trees around it. Besides the sleeping area, the villa has a library and many sitting rooms. The Quinta is furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is maid service thrice a week and there is a gardener twice a week.There will be a welcoming packet containing water, tea and coffee to tide you over for the first few hours after your arrival.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Thursdays and Saturdays however other days can be discussed according to the bookings.
Arrival: Thursday and Saturday: 14:00 hrs
Departure: Thursday and Saturday: before 10:00 am

| Bedrooms: |
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the ground floor. Both have two single beds each and en suite bathrooms. Bedroom 3 and 4 are on the Ist floor and share a large bathroom. |
| Bathrooms: |
All the en suite bathrooms are with bath/shower, wc.
Bathroom 1, on the ground floor has a separate wash area to its bath/shower and wc area. Bathroom 2 on the ground floor has a separate shower in addition to bath/shower area. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen is equipped with the following: Full gas range, double door fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, juicer, toaster, toasti machine, hand mixer, coffee machine and an electric tea kettle. |
| Utility Room: |
The utility room is attached to the kitchen and has washing machine, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: |
There are two sitting rooms and a dining area on the ground floor.There is a three seater, a two seater sofa and sofa chairs. The dining room has a large table with ten chairs. There is TV,DVD player and satellite connection in the smaller lounge. |
| Other: |
On the 1st floor, there are two lounge areas with desks, sofas and the library. Shelves of books are for enjoyment and we request renters not to take any books with them. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
The house is cleaned thrice a week and the linen and towels which are provided washed once a week. Towels are provided for the pool, not for the beach. |
Notes on accommodation
Pool heating is provided for an extra of 100 euros a week.
There are fans in each bedroom.

Outside
Extensive fruit gardens, 2 barbecues, pool 12m by 4m, large terrace surrounding the pool, 8 sun beds, several seating areas all around the house.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Meia Praia are ten minutes by car. This beach has marvellous dunes and is 6km long with places to rent beach equipment and eat. Most of the coastal beaches are between 10 and 20 minutes by car and they are clean, with all kinds of activities from snorkeling to sky diving.
Golf
For golf lovers there is a tremendous choice of fabulous courses as the Algarve offers some of the best. Luckily the beautiful golf course of Palmares and Boa Vista are only ten minutes away. Penina golf only twenty minutes away. These are just a few that are nearby.
Travel
Faro International is the main airport of the region and is 65km from the villa. A car is essential.

Further details
There are very well equipped supermarkets all over Lagos, Portimao, etc. They cater to all tastes. LeClerc, Pingo Doce, Batista are some of them.
The Portugese have a very rich kitchen and therefore, the Algarve has some of the best restaurants. There is a list in the living area of the house.
All water sports are available; horse riding, walking, safari tours and flying lessons in Alvor, are just some of the interesting sports one can occupy oneself with.

Prices: A refundable deposit of £130 is required per booking. 30% payment upon confirmed booking and the rest four weeks before arrival. Clients will be informed of bank details.
