Homely and comfortable villa situated in a residential area only 5 minutes walk from Carvoeiro village and beach. Vila Bela Vista is a lovely Moorish rustic styled Villa, You enter into an open plan hall with spiral staircase, which leads to the master bedroom en-suite, with a veranda that has a sea view. The garden suite is a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The sitting room has two French windows each leading to the garden. The dining room is through a roman arch from the living room. The pool suite is en-suite. The pool which is kidney shaped (approx 10 x 4m) has fantastic views of Monchique which can be enjoyed from the sunbathing area. There is a well-equipped kitchen, Vila Bela Vista is surrounded by a mature garden to the south. To the west it has a garden and pool area. To the north it has a small orange and lemon grove.

VILA BELA VISTA is surrounded by mature gardens to the south. To the west it has a garden and pool area with plenty of pool furniture. To the north it has a small orange and lemon grove. There is a portable BBQ which can be used in the many different locations depending on taste for shade or sunshine. 2 minutes walk from Bela Vista to local mini market and restaurant. 5 minutes from Municipal Market, Carvoeiro Village Centre, Beach, Banks, Post Office, Medical Centres, Internet Cafes, Buses, Taxis, & the many acclaimed Bars and Restaurants of Carvoeiro. A Car is not necessary.
Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro is a very small attractive seaside resort cut into red cliffs. This one time fishing Village is one of Algarves most popular self catering resorts. It is one of the few areas of Europe where a traditional way of life still thrives alongside a bustling modern resort. Vila Bela Vista is within 5 minutes walk to Carvoeiro Centre & beach. There are many nice beaches to visit within 3km of Carvoeiro: Praia de Centianes, Praia de Calvalho, Praia de Benagil, Praia de Albandeira.
Golf
From Vila Bela Vista There is a 9 hole par 3 course with bar and restaurant at Vale de Milho Carvoeiro. 10 Min. drive or less. There are 2 championship courses Gramacho and Pinta. 15 minutes drive. There are Vale de Lobo and Quinta de Lago, Villamoura and Penina within 30 Min. drive.

From Vila Bela Vista: Airport is within 40 minutes. Car hire not essential, We can arrange transfers. National Bus Terminal Lagoa 5km: with destinations Lisbon, Seville Spain.
Carvoeiro bus stop is 4 min walk.

Booking notes
Payment by Bank Transfer in Sterling or Euros. Payment terms; 30% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance by Bank Transfer 8 weeks before arrival. £100 security deposit payable with balance, which is returned provided there is no loss or damage. It is our policy as far as possible to meet all our guests on arrival to see them settle in. Hairdryer and iron are also provived.

We all enjoyed our stay in Carvoeiro. Vila Bela Vista is ideally situated for evenings out in the town with plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all. Lots of sunshine which made it a lovely stay.
