The private sun terrace has direct access to the garden and pool. Sun loungers with cushions. Table and chairs. Ideal for sunbathing or BBQ's.
The shared private pool is set in well kept gardens with a communal BBQ area and shower area.

Coast/Beach
The wonderful sandy beaches of the Algarve are unspoilt and amongst the finest in the world.
Gale beach is 5 minutes drive, ample car parking and miles of sandy beach, fine portuguese restaurants offering snacks and freshly caught local fish on their menu's.
Praia de Rocha is 20 minutes drive.

Golf
Warm playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways make it the ideal destination for a golfing holiday.
Salgados Golf couse 5 minutes drive.
All the course's at Villamoura complex 20 minute drive.

Special interest holidays
Water sports are available along the Algarve Coast, luxury Yacht cruises from Villamoura.
Big game fishing including shark fishing from Portimao, 20 minutes drive.
Zoo marine with its superb aqua shows also offers an interactive dolphin programme, 5 minutes drive from Guia.
Boat trips offering grotto tours, champagne criuses and dolphin watching depart daily from Albureira marina.
Local riding stables offer beach rides.
Panoramic mountain trekking is available inland, 2 hour or daily treks including lunch are available, approx 40 minute drive from Guia.
Go-karting track is at Almancil, 20 min drive.

Travel
Car hire is recommended but not essential as airport transfers can be arranged. Guia is on a main bus route and taxi services are widespread.
Faro airport is 30 minute drive from Guia.
Lisbon and Spain can be reached in 2 hours.
Explore the quaint unspoilt villages with their narrow cobbled streets, the breathtaking Ria Rormasa Nature reserve, the majestic Monchique mountains or the rugged beauty of the most south westerly tip of Europe, Sagres and Cape StVincent.

Everything went very well, Brian was super, giving lots of good advice on places to go and local information – you can be sure he is doing a good job for you looking after the apartment and your guests!

We have now decided that we will never book a package holiday again! We had such a wonderful time.
