Madeira house is a privately owned villa located in the 5 star resort of Vale do Lobo, Algarve, Portugal. The villa is a 3 bedroom "Aldeamento" set in the heart of the resort and is within walking distance of the beach, Rotunda pool and all the facilities of the Praça. Just 20 minutes drive from Faro international airport and surrounded by pines trees, landscaped gardens and golf courses - it makes the perfect holiday location.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and private veranda.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
Baby cot can be provided on request.
Bathrooms: 2 brand new bathrooms.
Bathroom 1 en-suite to bedroom 1 with shower and toilet.
Bathroom 2 upstairs and has bath/show, bidet and toilet.
Kitchen: The recently refurbished kitchen is fully fitted including washing machine, large freezer, microwave, cooker and gas hob. It has all the utensils and cutlery you need to cater for 6 people. There is also an iron and ironing board.
Utility Room: Store room for beach toys and suitcases etc.
Living Rooms: The sitting room has satellite TV and radio. With two 3 seater sofas and two arm chair. It has access to the front patio where guests can dine or relax outside. The dining room has a round dining table and a set of 6 chairs.

linen/maid service:
Bath towels and bed linen are provided. Maid service is 3 days a week (Monday - Friday). Beach towels are not provided.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioned throughout the property and the price of use included in weekly rental. The property is heated through out for the colder months and fans are provided for the warmer months.

Outside
There are 2 private upstairs verandas both with sea views. The downstairs patio has a garden table, chairs and sunloungers. There is also a BBQ to cook al-fresco.

Coast/Beach
The beautifully clean beach is only a 5 minutes (only 200 yards) walk and offers a host of activities and sports including parasailing and water skiing.

Golf
The Algarve offers over 20 courses for players to use, stretching from Castro Marim in the East right over to Parque da Floresta in the west.

Vale do Lobo is the perfect setting for all-the-year-round golf. Two beautiful courses, the Royal Course and the Ocean Course, wind through undulating fairways lined with umbrella pine trees, almond, fig and olive, down to the Atlantic shoreline and its cooling breezes. The Vale do Lobo Golf Club is only 5 minutes walk away.

Faro airport (FAO) only 20 minutes drive.

Further details
The resorts boast many restaurants located on the beach or in the nearby Praça. There is also an on site supermarket, bank and cash machines. The resort also has a Health Club with two swimming pools, sauna, steam room, jaccuzi, squash and golf driving range and large putting green.

The property is managed by a local firm based in the resort and are there should you require any assistance during your stay.

40% deposit at time of booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

About the owner
My family has visited Portugal for decades and I have visited the Algarve since 1990 and lived there for several years before returning to the UK. This has given me a good knowledge of the region, including places to visit and attractions. I still visit the Algarve to enjoy the sun shine and get a chance to relax at my property.

The property is in a great location, very close the beach, restaurants and the facilities of Vale do Lobo. Vale do Lobo is one of the finest resorts in the Algarve and benefits from being long established. It is renowned for its golf courses and excellent beach.

As well as being in a great location, the property has everything you need while on holiday. The property is not a sterile rental property but a home away from home. It is comfortable and has great charm. I am constantly making sure that it is up to a standard that is expect and I continue to make improvements to make guest's visits more relaxing and enjoyable.
