Outside
There is a large size pool with separate childrens pool, with outdoor shower and toilets, set in a security enclosed garden for sole use of residents (24 apartments). The gardens are maintained on a weekly basis. 6 sunloungers are supplied. Outdoor furniture for the terrace and balconies is provided. B-B-Q on downstairs terrace for al-fresco dining.
Coast/Beach
Falesia Beach in Acoteias, which is renowned as being one of the best on the Algarve, with its rugged coastline of red cliffs, is 3.2kms (5 min drive). There is ample free parking. Pretty fishing village of Olhas d'Agua, is 3kms to the seafront. Great assortment of reasonable cafes/restaurants. Free parking. Both areas can be walked to.
Golf
Under 10 minutes drive to central Vilamoura, with all the famous gold courses (Old course, Millenium, Pinhal etc) in even closer proximity. Ideal climate for golf all year round. Possibilty for good discounts in the Winter.
Travel
Faro airport is about a 20 minute drive and well served by low-cost airlines. We can arrange transfers to/from airport at a very reasonable cost. However, we would recommend car hire, so as not to miss out exploring the diversity of the Algarve and the many local stunning beaches. We would be happy to recommend local car hire companies who deliver/drop off at the airport.

Further details
There is a reasonable priced restaurant, mainly bbq fish/meat on the doorstep. More choice of restaurants within a 20 minute walk with prices to suit all pockets, along with a supermarket/cashpoint. All of these would only take 2 minutes in a car as the roads are quiet and easy driving. The Algarve Shopping centre with large choice shops/cinema/bowling is 15mins in car. Zoo marine zoo/waterpark/fair 20 mins drive. We can recommend lots of cheap, non touristy restaurants withing easy drive. An info. pack is at the apartment. Booking notes
25% of rental amount payable when booking made. Remainder payable 8 weeks before vacation. Refundable security deposit of £100 (Euro 150) payable with final balance.
