Changeover day
The arrival will be on Saturdays between 4 and 6pm, if you arrive later, please contact the owners.
Departures also on saturdays until 10am.

Morning market 500 mts away in the small village of Mucifal. Explore the enchanting UNESCO World Heritage Site of Sintra, with its palaces,museums and fabulous botanical gardens and parks. Cabo da Roca is Europe most western point, at the local tourist office you can get a certificate to show you have been there.There is an old tram service establish the connection between Sintra and the bathing resort of Praia das Macas.On June/July will be held in Sintra the "classical music festival" with international artists performing.On July/August around Sintra and Colares area there are local festivities during the hole summer also will be held in Praia Grande "the world bodyboard championship".

Bookings can be made by e-mail, telephone, mobile phone or letter. Payments can be made by bank transfer and post order. After the confirmation with the owner, you must deposit 30% in the period of 1 week. The rest you pay when you arrive in the house. The 30% deposit is not refundable. When you make the guarantee deposit let us know as soon as possible. Security deposit of 200 euros for damage, refundable at the end of the stay. We do not accept credit cards for payments.
