Situated within The Old Village, this first floor studio apartment, with delightful views over the gardens, can be found just 25 minutes by car from Faro Airport and a 10 minutes walk to the marina at Vilamoura. Built in the style of 18th century Portugese architecture, the Old Village is well known for its style and beautiful landscaped sub tropical gardens and is completely pedestrianised. The village has its own bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, children's play area and three swimming pools, one with a shallow children's area and is surrounded by ample terracing with sun loungers.

Maid and laundry service is weekly and linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not supplied.

A large private covered balcony, extending the entire length of the apartment, can be accessed from the lounge by two double georgian patio doors. Table with parasol and 4 chairs. First class view over the sub tropical gardens. A short flight of stairs takes you to the spacious, private roof terrace which offers further enjoyment of the stunning views and has a table and two sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
The Falesia beach (blue flag rated) can be accessed in half an hour by foot, and by 15 minutes by car. A motorized train leaves The Old Village every 30 minutes to the beach.

Extensive golfing facilities, with Vilamoura's five premier golf courses very close by, together with the golf academy.

Travel
Faro Airport is 25 minutes away by car. A car is not absolutely essential for Vilamoura itself, however it would be an advantage to golfers and those wishing to visit some of the surrounding areas.

Vilamoura marina is a 10 minute walk away.
Vilamoura tennis centre is a 5 minute walk away.
The nearby town of Quarteira has a daily fish market and a general market every Wednesday and is easily reached by bus or taxi. The inland town of Loule which is 15 minutes by car has a popular food market every Saturday morning.
