This fabulous fully air-conditioned apartment has been decorated to a very high standard. On two floors, separated by a spiral staircase from the lounge, this property has everything a family would require to enjoy a comfortable holiday. It is huge at 217sqm and every room has been tastefully decorated in a colour theme. With two double bedrooms, 1 twin and a single, this apartment can accommodate up to 7 people (6 during July & August). A cot and high chair is available free of charge. There are two huge sun terraces, one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor which provides maximum privacy. The apartment has a sun-trap condominium pool and guests will have their own individual sun beds. The apartment is a mere 5 mins walk into the Town Centre and beach, and a hire car or taxi is not necessary for local evenings out.

Changeover day is Thursdays during July and August, flexible during other months. Please contact the owners. Check out time is 10am, check in is 2pm. We may have some flexibility outside the busy months.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is air-conditioned/heated in the two double and one twin bedrooms and the lounge/diner.
Outside
The huge ground floor sun terrace has a large table with chairs for 'al fresco' dining. A path from the apartment, leads out to the car parking and swimming pool area. Guest with rental cars have their own private parking spot, accessed through security gates.
Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro Beach is 5 mins walk, Paraiso 7 mins, Centeanes and Vale do Covo are 15-20 mins walk away from the apartment. There are several more superb beaches such as Praia da Marinha, Albandeira, Benagil and Carvalho within 10 mins drive.
Golf
Pinta, Gramacho, Alto Club, Salgados and Penina golf courses are all within 20 minutes drive of the apartment. Vale do Milho, a scenic 9 hole course, is 5 mins drive away.

Travel
The nearest airport is Faro Airport, 58 km from Carvoeiro. A rental car is not necessary due to the proximity of the apartment to town. We can arrange airport transfers to/from Carvoeiro on request.

Out of season we can also offer romantic weekend breaks with flowers, champagne, airport transfers and booking of a table in a Carvoeiro restaurant. Please ask for details.
Booking notes
25% deposit required to seal booking. Balance due 2 calendar months prior to holiday commencing. With balance a £100 Breakages and Damages deposit required which is returned within 7 days of exit, subject to nil B&D.
