The golden beaches of Falesia, Olhos d'Agua, Albufeira and more provide miles of sand, sea and the perfect opportunity for fun. Villa Terra Relvada can boast its peaceful, spacious accommodation whilst only being a 5 min drive from the night life and shops of Albufeira. The picturesque setting of this villa is in keeping with traditional Algarvian home styles. A large garden in both the front and rear of the villa are spacious and bordered with assorted flowers and fruit trees including bananas, grapes and lemons.

Our change over day is Saturday however out of season other days may be possible. Special Rates are available to lets of more than 2 weeks.

Notes on accommodation
The grounds are large and enclosed by hedges making it a secure place for children to play but the pool is deep so close supervision is essential.
Outside
The villa has a roof terrace with beautiful views of distant mountains. There is a perfect BBQ area and gazebo for dining alfresco. The private pool is 6x12m. Outdoors furniture (tables, chairs, loungers etc and pool floats) are provided. Newly tiled pool with heating.
Coast/Beach
This villa is only a 5/10 minute drive from a lot of the Algarves finest beaches.
Albufeira with its shops, restaurants and bars is very popular with a golden sand beach (I love it!).
Olhos d'Agua has the advantage of being quieter and is sheltered by coves.
Falisia is my personal favourite. Its reached by driving through pine trees. From here you can walk miles of golden sand past through many beaches, as far as Vilamoura - a great walk!
Golf
There are many surrounding golf courses with excellent facilities and something to suit all. Salgados (18 hole)
Balai (9 hole), Pine Cliffs (9 hole), al only 5 minutes away.
And many more are within 25 minutes drive of the villa.
Travel
Faro Airport is a 30 minute drive.
Allthough Albufeira is only a five minute drive from Villa Terra. Revada car hire is recommended (taxis are quite reasonable also).
Distances
The Algarve shopping centre is a short drive from Terra Relvada (about 5 minutes with its hypermarket, boutiques, and numerous restuarants offering a variety of cuisine, bowling alley, and multiscreen cinema providing most films in English.The are 5 theme parksalls just a shourt drive away, Splash and Slide, Aqualand, Wet and Wild, Crazy World and Zoo Marine (The dolphin show is excellent).

Booking notes
A 10% deposit is required plus a refundable £200 damage deposit. The full cost must be paid 8 weeks prior to travel.
