Changeover day
There is no specific changeover day. We will try to accommodate your booking arrangements to suit your flights and our existing bookings. Normal check out times is by 10.00 am-12 noon, subject to time of next arrivals and is negotiable.

2nd shower room with handbasin and wc.
Towels are provided with the exception of pool/beach towels.
Kitchen: Large, fully equipped, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, juicer, toaster, table and chairs, all tableware you need.
Living Rooms: Large, sunny west-facing lounge with (limited channels) satellite TV/DVD/Video, surround sound system, Hi-fi, wood burning fire. Dining area with table and chairs. Patio doors leading to large verandah.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and once during a 2 week booking. Further cleaning is available on request. A small local charge is made for this.For bookings of less than 2 weeks a mid stay clean is available, also payable locally.

 

Notes on accommodation
Iron and ironing board, safety deposit box, hairdryer, room fans are provided. Cot and highchair is available - please advise us if it is required. Electric heaters are available (a charge is made locally for long lets.) Car parking is available. Balcony has safety rails however children should not be left unsupervised. Please do not smoke inside the apartment - there is plenty outside space.

Outside
The verandah is furnished with garden table/umbrella and chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is a large communal swimming pool/shower area open from 0900-2100 hrs. Well-tended gardens from which to enjoy panoramic views of the Marina, coastline, valley and pretty village of Pateo.

Coast/Beach
Fisherman's beach is a comfortable 15 minute walk away, downhill (this will undoubtedly take longer on the uphill return journey)! Taxis are cheap and plentiful. There are water sports available in the summer months. The beautiful beaches of San Rafael and Gale (4km stretch) are a short 5 minute drive.

Travel
Approximately 30 minutes by road from Faro airport. A taxi transfer can be arranged on request at a cost of 45 euros for 1-4 people or 55 euros for 5-9 people one way. A bus service operates within the Algarve and details can be obtained at the bus stops, bus stations or tourist information. (Nearest bus stop is only 100 metres away). Car hire is not necessary but recommended.

A great yearly climate only 3 hours from the UK, the Algarve where you can enjoy many and varied tours of the region. Fishing and boat and bus trips, a variety of water sports, 3 water parks, swimming with dolphins at Zoo Marine, horse riding. Algarve Shopping is a full shopping centre with cinemas, bowling alley and multi national food court.

Booking notes
A £100 per week non refundable deposit will be required for bookings made more than 8 weeks before departure and the balance will become due 8 weeks before arrival date. Interim payments accepted. For bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance of arrival, full payment will be required.
