Notes on accommodation
The gardens are large and fenced off from the road hence safe for children. They are, however, mature with many cacti, children may prick themselves. Cot is a travel cot for up to 18 months (linen not supplied).
Outside
Pool has a shallow end (1m), sloping down to a deep end of about 2.5m. It is kidney shaped and approximately 5m x 9m. It is completely private (not overlooked). There is a large patio area around the pool with six sun-beds, mattresses and shaded area.
Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro main beach and Paraiso beach can both be walked to in less than 10 minutes. There is also a small beach at the end of a track directly down from the villa. Access is down a wooden ladder (you would doubtless be the only people on this beach!)
Golf
Golf courses are a 5 minute drive away.
Travel
Faro airport is a 35-40 minute drive away. Taxis cost 48-65 Euros one way, depending on family size.
Distances
Less than 10 minutes walk to Carvoeiro square and restaurants.
