Air-conditioning is provided at £70 per week to cover electricity. Safety fence around pool making the villa ideal for family holidays. Carvoeiro and beaches within walking distance. Tennis Club and Golf courses all within easy reach.
Outside
The property is very secluded surrounded by lovely gardens, roof terrace giving fabulous views towards the coastline and Monchique Mountains. Newly retiled private pool, 9x4.5, 1m to 2m deep with safety fence and underwater lights. Barbecue area, pool terrace, rear and side patio equipped with garden furniture and sun recliners. Full sized outside table tennis table. Good size back garden laid to grass with flower beds. There is a long private driveway to the property with double car port.
Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro town beach is 15 mins walk, Centiannes beach 5 mins drive, numerous other beautiful beaches including the famous Praia de Marinha 7 mins drive.
Golf
9-hole golf course with bar and restaurant at Vale do Milho is located within 5 mins drive. In addition Gramacho and Pinta 18 hole golf courses are 10 mins drive, Silves golf course 15 minutes and Penina and Salgados golf courses 20 mins drive. Numerous other courses at Lagos, Villamoura, Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago are just 30 mins drive.
Travel
Faro Airport is 40 mins drive. Car hire not essential but recommended. Owners can provide details of taxis if required.
Distances
The picturesque small town of Carvoeiro is 1km away with plenty of shops and restaurants. Historic towns of Silves is 15 minutes drive, Albufeira, Monchique and Lagos 25 minutes drive.

Tennis - extensive facilities with coaching available at Rocha Brava (5 minutes drive) and Carvoeiro Club (10 minutes drive). Water sports - Algor Seco (5 minutes drive) is popular for snorkeling and scuba diving, nearby Ferragudo beach (15 minutes drive) has a range of water sports including jet skis, windsurfing and pedalos for hire. Water Parks - 2 nearby, Aqualand and Slide and Splash. Zoo Marine with its variety of wildlife and spectacular dolphin show (including opportunity to swim with them) is situated at Guia (15 mins drive).

Booking through owners only. £200 deposit per week required on booking & balance due 8 weeks before departure. £150 (refundable 14 days after departure) breakage deposit per booking to be included in final balance.
