Apartment West (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4)

This apartment has two double beds, single sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. From the windows you have a beautiful view over the lagune of St. Luzia. Bathroom with marble floor, bahttub/shower, lavabo, toilet. Kitchen fully equipped. Everything was renovated in Spring 2003. Only Apartment West has wheelchair access. The patio and the barbecue garden have wheelchair access.

Apartment East (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 5)

This typical portuguese apartment has two double beds with sitting area, single sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. It is perfect for a family of 4 to 5 persons. Bathroom with big shower room new toilet and lavabo, marble floor. New fully equipped kitchen.

Studio Apartment (Sleeps 2)

The studio is perfect for a couple. One big, open living room with kitchenette. Mezzanine level with double bed and shower room. Bathroom with shower, toilet and lavabo. Kitchen fully equipped. Everything new and modern equipped. Everything was totally renovated in Spring 2003.

Apartment North (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4/6)

This exclusive apartment has two double bedrooms, a lounge-diner with half open kitchen and two bathrooms and three large balconies with sea view. It is perfect for 4 - 6 persons. One bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and bidet and lavabo. Other bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and lavabo. Kitchen fully equipped. Everything very modern, the building is 5 years old.

Notes on accommodation
All bahtrooms have hairdryers. All apartments have Satellite TV expect Apt. East who has only local TV. All apartments have DVD Players. Everything is very new and modern equipped because of big renovation works in 2003. In winter we provide all apartments with electric heating. In summer all apartments are equipped with Ventilaters. Casa Roberto is very suitable for children. We provide all baby accessories like beds, chairs, washing machine etc. Every client gets a beach towel. Each week the linen and towels are change, and a little cleaning is included.

Accessibility
Only Apartment West has wheelchair access. The patio and the barbecue garden have wheelchair access.

Outside
There is a nice patio and two sunbathing terraces. There is also a separate barbeque place with sitting area. Everything furnished with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sunbeds etc. All these places are shared by apartment West and East. The studio has a private garden, also furnished with chairs, table and sunbeds. Apartment North has three big private terraces, all furnished.

Coast/Beach
The beach of Barill can be reached by foot in 20 minutes or by car in 10 minutes. In High season June till September there is a boat service directly from St. Luzia which takes people to the beach. Because we are in the Ria Formosa National Park, the beaches are clean and untouched, and provide miles of walking and exploring this nature.

Golf
There is Golf Course in Cabanas 4 miles away. There is the most beautiful brand new golf course of Cacelha Velha, 7 miles away. There are two more in construction on the Guadiana River, 15 miles away. Spain is 30 minutes away an offers several golf courses right on the border.

Special interest holidays
We offer four open sea kayaks two explore the Ria Formosa National park.

Travel
Faro is the closest airport. With the car, 40km or half an hour driving. Car hire is not essential, St. Luzia offers grocery stores, pharmacy and lots of restaurants and even a bank. Of course a car makes you always more mobile and you can explore more.

St. Luzia provides grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy and even a bank. Tavira the most beautiful city of the East Algarve is 2 miles away and offers a beautiful restored castel and old town, lots of churches and a wide range of restaurants and bars.
