Casa Feliz is a luxury town house in a tranquil cul de sac. There is plenty of parking and you have your own driveway with a secure gate so children are completely safe from escaping! There is also a video entry system at the front gate and a beautifully tiled entrance area.. There are three double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony whilst all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Casa Feliz is well appointed with modern furnishings and is very stylish. It has a private swimming pool and a brick built BBQ. Sun beds, table, chairs and a sun umbrella are provided. There is an external shower with hot water if you want to wash the sand off from the beach before diving in the pool. The swimming pool is 0.5m at the shallow end and 2.10m at the deep end and has a nice terrace for relaxing in the sun. Casa Feliz has wireless Internet so you can research your sightseeing trips.
A cot is also available at no extra charge. All bedrooms are light and airy.

* A £200 refundable security/breakage/cleaning deposit is required with the final payment - returned within 10 days of your departure- subject to no damages or breakages. Breakages or damage will be charged at replacement or repair cost. If the BBQ is not cleaned a charge of £30 will apply. Balance will be returned. * For bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday the total amount is payable on booking. * 30% non refundable deposit will confirm booking, remaining 70%, 8 weeks prior to arrival * Non payment will allow period to be re-let * Payment confirms acceptances of the terms and conditions * Cot available free of charge * Sorry but strictly no smoking inside the house- we ask that you only smoke outside please * Occupancy level stated and agreed at time of booking cannot be exceeded. We would prefer Saturday/Sunday changeovers in peak season but we will try and be as flexible as possible. We ask that you depart promptly by 10am and entry can be gained from 4pm.

Location Information: Casa Feliz is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the quaint town of Vila Nova de Cacela. From Casa Feliz you can walk to a great selection of bars and restaurants, street cafes, banks, the post office, a children's playground, the local fish and fruit and veg market, a bakers, the supermarkets – in fact everything you could want. Vila Nova de Cacela is 1km from Manta Rota, a lovely seaside village where there are many more restaurants and bars to visit and of course the vast blue flag beach. Casa Feliz also offers the perfect setting for exploring the Eastern Algarve. Within a 15 minute drive of Casa Feliz there are 7 golf courses to choose from including the prestigious course of Monte Rei designed by Jack Nicklaus. The towns of Tavira and Cabanas are within easy reach and are great for an evening stroll and a sundowner outside one of the many street cafés. Faro airport is about 40 minutes from Casa Feliz and is an easy journey with the majority via motorway where often you can drive from one exit to the next and not see any other cars! If you prefer not to hire a car, there is a local train that runs along the Algarve that you can catch from Faro directly into Vila Nova de Cacela which will cost about 4 euros!!! There is plenty of history and many quaint towns to explore... you can be on the beach within minutes and in the opposite direction, you can be up in the tranquility of the hills. The coastal towns of the Eastern Algarve are far more under-developed than those in the Central and Western area of the Algarve. If you are after a more relaxed style of holiday, away from the hordes of tourists and water parks, then the Eastern Algarve is where you should come...

"The best villa we have stayed in to date...!"
We have recently returned from a wonderful holiday in the eastern Algarve, contributed to in large part by our fantastic accommodation – Casa Feliz. My husband and I both agree, being regular visitors to the area that this was the best villa that we have stayed in to date. It’s quietly situated, albeit close to all amenities, and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Jo and Paul, who manage the property, were really knowledgeable about the local area, recommending good golf courses, (of which there were several within easy reach of Casa Feliz), and places to eat and visit. It really enhanced our stay. We look forward to staying there again when we next visit our favourite Algarve region.

"Lovely townhouse near all amenities"
We stayed as 6 adults and one child (19 months) at this lovely townhouse the last week in June. It was as described on the website, if not better! Jo gave us a lovely welcome and gave us lots of information and ideas for local places to eat. She was quick to answer all the questions that I had both before the holiday and while there. We did not hire a car but the village has plenty of restaurants and a lovely market as well as a supermarket, street cafe's etc. We also took the train into Vila Real, a nearby town, which was very reliable (if not that frequent). The beach at Manta Rota is lovely and there were some lovely looking street cafe's there. The BBQ and outdoor area and pool were lovely and whole place is immaculate - definitely feels brand new! There is a room on the lower ground floor which was great for an extra space with a child and the rest of the house was perfectly spacious for 6 adults. The air condition was great and a nice break from the heat outside. We would definitely return to this townhouse and hope to do so soon.

"Vila Nova de Cacela"
Diane G. We stayed at Casa Feliz in June and had a great time - it was just for a few short days and we really didn't want to leave but it was a great break from the UK weather. Jo was a great help from the first point of contact and very responsive - all the questions I had were answered so quickly and very comprehensively. The house was spotlessly clean and the pool sparkling although a little cold !!!! There is a lovely outside BBQ which we made good use of and ate 'al fresco' most of the time. Nothing was too much trouble for Jo and Paul and they were on hand to suggest restaurants, to tell us how to pay for the motorway tolls and when we couldn't get the DVD to play they popped round and sorted it out!!! We walked to a lovely street cafe (twice) for a jug of sangria... the house is in a perfect spot - close enough to walk to whatever you need, yet very tranquil - We can't wait to go back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. The managers, Jo and Paul, were truly excellent and provided terrific guidance on how to get the most from the area, from places to visit to restaurants etc. Even though the villa was really well appointed they were keen to check there was nothing further we needed at any time without in any way intruding on our holiday. We found it to be a peaceful location but with a fair range of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and a really lovely beach at Manta Rota. We found the guide to restaurants supplied in the Villa to be very accurate and with something for everyone depending on taste (some involved a wee bit of travel to get to). We had a car throughout the holiday but there was sufficient in the vicinity that if you just wanted to stay local you could, although the walk to the beach would stretch your legs a bit. The villa itself was similar to a townhouse lay out and provided a good amount of living area. It was immaculately clean and very well appointed - they even supplied beach towels! A very pleasant outside area was complimented with a very welcome plunge pool for those lovely hot days and a first class barbecue set up for the inevitable al fresco evenings/nights. We had no children with us but the basement area looked as though it would be a great play area and a chance for some respite for a while at least! Overall a very accurately described property that I would recommend for others considering a holiday in this area.

"Fantstisch vakantiehuis in Vila Nova de Cacela"
Wij zijn net terug van een fantastische vakantie van twee weken in juli. Alles wat in de advertentie beschreven wordt is uitgekomen. Een super luxe huis met alles erop en eraan en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een prachtig strand in Monta Rota op anderhalve kilometer afstand, mooie omgeving en mooie plaatsen in de de buurt. Vlakbij een supermarkt, maar in Tavira 15 minuten (met de auto een) megasupermarkt, waar je gemakkelijk voor een hele week kunt inslaan. Paul en Jo hebben ons warm onthaald en hebben tijdens ons verblijf regelmatig het zwembad verschoont. Ook kun je ze altijd bellen voor vragen, ze wonen vlak in de buurt. Je kunt in de omgeving, wandelen, fietsen en prima autorijden. Spanje is 20 autominuten verwijderd, echt de moeite waard. Het huis is helemaal compleet voorzien van luxe apparatuur , wij kunnen niet bedenken wat er miste. Dus een echte aanrader voor mensen die luxe en ongedwongen op vakantie willen. Er stopt zelfs een trein in Vila Nova de Cacela, dus vanaf Faro kun je er zelf met de trein komen. Wij danken Paul en Jo voor de hartelijke ontvangst en hun geweldige service.
