Changeover day
Change-over day is Saturday during the summer, other times flexible. Arrivals after 2pm and departures by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms and the lounge/diner, which also has a wood burning fire. The house is approximatley 6 years old and is well decorated and looked after.
Outside
The ground floor has a patio area, with sun loungers, and a small lawn and garden. Access to the shared communal pool is from the bottom of the garden. The first floor has a terrace/balcony with BBQ, outdoor furniture and offers sea views. Parking facilities are available.
Coast/Beach
15-20 minutes walk to the nearest beach.
Golf
The propery is adjacent to Vale de Milho 9-hole golf course and approximately 15 minutes by car from the Pinta and Pestana 18-hole courses.

Distances
Carvoeiro is an old fishing village that has grown over the recent years but still maintained its charm and character. Good restaurants, including Thai, French, Italian, Chinese, Indian and naturally Portugese are available. Taxi fares to Carvoeiro are approximately 5 Euros.
Further details
Local cafes are 10 minutes walk way. Portimao is 30 minutes by car and offers large town shopping facilities. The local hypermarket is 5 minutes by car, smaller shops closer.

Booking notes
30% deposit (non-refundable) confirms the booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A breakage deposit is added to the final payment, refundable if no breakages/damages found.
In the event of cancellation, 50% refund up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. Cots and highchairs on request (no extra charge).
Baby-sitting facility available. In high/peak seasons recommended to book early. Car hire available (cars waiting at the airport), please ask for quotes and details.
