Our spacious, well maintained, air-conditioned townhouse is situated close to the Praca and beach in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, which is a 20 minute drive/taxi from Faro International Airport. The resort has 2 championship golf courses, tennis centre, Barrington’s Health Club (free membership included), the Rotunda – a superb cliff top swimming pool, numerous restaurants, shops/supermarkets, and miles and miles of fabulous white sands.

Family bathroom has bath with shower, wc and basin.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes airer. Barbecue, beach chairs, umbrellas, and storage for your own golf clubs.
Living Rooms: The split-level lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished and equipped with digital satellite TV, video player, and CD player. Patio doors lead out to the rear terrace.
Other: Safety gate at top of stairs. Hand rail on stairs. Table and chairs on front and rear terraces. Sun loungers on sun terrace, which leads from staircase. Air-conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms (supplement payable if used).

Notes on accommodation
There is a metered telephone which is billed at end of visit. There is also a supplement for air-conditioning useage which is also billed at end of visit. Cot and high chairs can be hired. 16 to 24 year olds are not allowed to rent the property.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair use.

Outside
Terraces to front and rear with tables and chairs with cushions. Front terrace overlooks grassy square. Private sun terrace on first floor.

Coast/Beach
Only a short walk - 5 minutes - to the Beach with its white sands and surf, and to the Praca with its many restaurants and bars.

Golf
Vale do Lobo has 2 championship golf courses- the Royal and the Ocean. The Portuguese Open was held here in 2002 and 2003. The courses are only a short walk away.
Other excellent golf courses are also available at nearby Quinto da Lago, Vila Sol, and Vilamoura- discounts are available at these courses with the free Barringtons membership. Barringtons also has a superb driving range and challenging 18 hole putting green. Golf tuition is also available at Barringtons!

Travel
Faro International Airport is 20 minutes away. Car hire is recommended although local taxis and bus services are good.

Distances
Almancil and Loule are a short drive away as is Vilamoura while Albufeira can be reached in approx. half an hour.

Vale do Lobo is one of Europe’s premier resorts. It provides a superb variety of services with fine shopping, excellent restaurants offering local and international cuisine, together with a range of sporting activities which the whole family can enjoy.

All our guests will enjoy free membership of Barringtons Health Club. The facilities include 2 swimming pools-indoor and outdoor, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, beauty salon, gym, daily fitness classes, squash courts, table tennis, snooker. In addition they offer discounts at nearby golf courses.

The Tennis Academy offers coaching. Courts can be booked for private play.

There are several waterparks within easy driving distance. Other watersports facilities can be found at the beach or at Quinta da Lago lake.

There is a family medical centre and a supermarket at the entrance to Vale do Lobo. There is a bank and cash point at Vale do Lobo reception. More shopping is available at nearby Almancil and Loule.
