The manor house is approx. 550 sqm comprising of 6 bedrooms with 5 en-suite, and a 6th bathroom across the corridor. For those looking for something special we have a mezzanine above the large living room. In total The 4 Seasons will comfortably sleep up to 12 adults and 4 children/teenagers (2 in the mezzanine and 2 in extra beds in the 2 larger bedrooms). AC throughout and floor heating in the bathrooms. TV, DVD and free-to-air Sat channels are available in the living room as well as 4 of the bedrooms. next to the living room, in an open space configuration, we have a small bar area which will surely become a gathering place for a drink after dinner. The living room and dining room are quite large with approximately 150 sqm each and offer enough privacy for even the largest families and groups of friends. There are quieter areas to sit and read or larger spaces for fun and games. The furniture has been carefully selected, offering a mixture of antique (1800's) and modern furniture.

The apartment house consists of 4 equally shaped apartments with two bedrooms and an open kitchen/living room. Each apartment has its own private area around the house. Heating and Cooling is taken care for by A/C. The bathrooms have under floor heating. While we have conserved the traditional shape of the building from the outside, we have renewed everything inside. The building has been totally reconstructed in 2007 to a high standard with new floors, bathrooms, kitchens, electrics, lighting, furniture and so on. The 4 Winds is close by the entrance gate and just opposite the wine cellar and wine production area. This is the ultimate place to find out how wine is made. Through the vineyards about 100 m distant we have a small spa area with a Sauna plus shower dedicated only to our guests. 20 m from there is the recently reconstructed pool area. The original Arab inspired pool was totally renewed and can be heated at request. One bedroom has a double bed while in the other bedroom the bed can be devided to make 2 single beds. Possibility to add an extra bed in one of the bedrooms for a child/teen. A cot can also be added to one of the bedrooms.

'Casa Margarida' Cottage

This farm cottage is our most secluded property and is located in the middle of the estate. With its walls of up to 70 cm thick it has the charm of a house which was built in the early days of the last century. After a complete renovation in 2009 it has all the advantages offered by modern building technologies. Surrounded by wine, plum trees and the animal area the house has autonomy and privacy. The materials used (natural stone, wood and terracotta tiles) underline the country style of the house. Casa Margarida is a cosy house with 2 bedrooms, one of which en-suite, 1 bathroom downstairs, a small living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped: hob, oven, fridge, dish washer and washing machine. The living room has a TV set, Satellite and DVD player. It has its own pool, converted from a cistern, pool deck and sun loungers. Ideal for a family with children or 2 couples. The double beds can be divided to make 2 single beds. Possibility to add an extra bed in one of the bedrooms for a child/teen. A cot can also be added to one of the bedrooms.

The 4 Seasons has been fully renovated in 2007 and offers best comforts in a rural and peaceful atmosphere. To add more relaxation, we built a sauna hut under the trees close to our new free form pool.
Immediately behind the house is our fenced wild area where we have around 100.000 sqm reserved only for animals, like a large group of deer, rabbits and all varieties of the local wild life.

The 4 Winds has been fully renovated in 2007 and offers best comforts in a rural and peaceful atmosphere. For relaxation you may enjoy either our partially shaded wooden deck directly by the pool or the pool terraces. To add more relaxation, we built a sauna by the common heated outdoor pool . For more natural spaces please feel free to sit on the grassed areas under ancient trees and soak up the beauty and tranquility while admiring our Sculpture Garden. All these features surround one of our biggest attractions: our 40 m deep well which could have been discovered in the Moorish times. Close by is our fenced wild area where we have around 100.000 sqm reserved only for animals, like a large group of deer, rabbits and all varieties of the local wild life. We interfere only when health or food issues require our assistance. This wildlife and rural environment is unique for a location so close to the action of the bigger cities and the beaches!
