Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Preferred Saturday in August, but other dates are possible for 2 or more weeks, contact the owner.

The lounge has direct access to the covered terrace that overlooks the private 7.5m x 3.5m swimming pool. The attractive gardens are laid to lawn with shrubs, trees, palm tree and rockery. 2m high hedge all round property. Built in mediterranean barbecue. Garden lounges, small and large garden tables with 6 chairs and sun umbrella with stand. Stairs to roof terrace. Enclosed gated driveway for car parking.
Coast/Beach
Altura beach is 2km away, with direct access from car park. It is a large, blue flag, all sandy beach. It has beachside bars and restuarants. Several other sandy beaches within 5 to 10 minutes drive.
Golf
There are four golf courses and a fith just completed, within 15-minute drive, all par 72.
Quinta da Cima: situated between Tavira and Altura, one at Castro Marim and Benamor (Par 71).
Travel
Approx 40 minutes from Faro airport via motorway. Car hire is essential.
Distances
The charming unspoilt town of Tavira is 17km away. Spain is only 10km away and Seville about 1.5 hours by car. Castro Marim, Monte Gordo, Villa Real and Cacela are all within 10 minutes drive.

There are lots of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets in Altura.
