Notes on accommodation
These two apartments are a perfect choice as a villa rental, the garden and pool will be yours exclusively. Car not necessary. In case of a big party of up to 12 people, please contact me for further information.
Outside
Gardens, barbecue, outdoor furniture, sunbeds, pool about 6x12, oval shaped, not heated. Shared only between 2 apartments.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to seafront. Miniature train or ferry out to Isla Tavira, a 14km long, quiet and beautiful beach located in the National Park Rio Formosa. This beach is not even crowded in the peak season.
Golf
10 - 20 minutes drive to fantastic golf courses. We are about 30 minutes drive to the Spanish border where you also find lots of golf courses. Packages for golfers can be arranged.
Special interest holidays
Package for horse riding can be arranged.
Travel
Nearest airport is Faro. Pick-up from airport can be arranged. Car hire can be arrange with pick-up and drop at Faro Airport. Car not essential but recommended.
Distances
Apartments located in the village Santa Luzia. 25 minutes walk to Tavira or 5 minutes drive. 30 minutes drive to Faro. 30 minutes drive to the border of Spain. 10-15 minutes drive to golf courses.
Further details
Santa Luzia is a small fishing village but offers lots of supermarkets, restaurants, local bars, night bars, bank, post office, flea markets. It is the city of octopus. The restaurants serve lots of fresh fish and seafood. Big festivities first week in August with 3 days of live music. Tavira offers lots of shops, restaurants, bars, one disco, lots of history and there is also access to the beach Ilha Tavira.

Booking can be made via email or telephone. Deposit of 50% when booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Damage deposit of 300 euros be paid on arrival if the owner request it.
