The villa has been built and furnished to the highest standards and is situated on one of the most sought after golf complexes in the Western Algarve. Carvoeiro Golf Resort consists of two outstanding courses, Vale da Pinta and Gramacho, with all the amenities you would expect, including 24/7 security. The villa consists of three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath, and a very light modern and spacious living/dining area. The villa shares a large communal pool a short distance from the villa, providing easy access but also scurity for families with smaller children. The villa is only a short distance from both Carvoeiro and Ferragudo villages. Both provide excellent restaurants and lovely beaches. All amenities are a short distance from the villa.

Accessibility
The villa has a car parking space immediately in front and there is a path to entrance. In addition to the front door there is a patio door at the front of the property providing wider access. One bedroom is on the gound floor.
Outside
Outside there is a table and seating for 6. There is a shared pool with plenty of sunloungers, close to the villa.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated within easy access of many of the beautiful Algarvian beaches. One favourite is Caneiros, a delightful sheltered cove, approx 5 minutes by car. It is possible to walk to Caneiros along the cliffs which gives stunning views of the coastline, however it is long walk and should be rewarded by a lunch at the outstanding seafood restaurant on the beach! There are plenty of other beaches also within a similar short drive, including coves and long open stretches of sand.
Golf
The villa is situated on the prestigious Pestana Vale da Pinta course. The Pinta clubhouse is less than 2 minutes from the villa. The sister course, Gramacho, is also a very short distance from the villa. The Pestana Golf Academy is also within walking distance of the villa. Tee times at Pinta or Gramacho can be booked directly at both the Pinta and Gramacho clubhouse, or in advance of your stay. The owners are happy to provide you with any necessary information or make bookings on your behalf before your arrival. The villa is also within easy access of numerous local courses. We will be happy to provide further information.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is approximately 60km from the villa. Car hire is recommended but taxis are cheap and plentiful so if you prefer not to hire a car then they provide and excellent alternative.
Distances
The villa is less than 5 minutes by car from the centre of Carvoeiro with its numerous restaurants. The unspoilt village of Ferragudo is also less than 5 minutes by car. Over the last few years a number of new, excellent quality restaurants have been opened in Ferragudo and can be highly recommended.The old moorish town of Silves is approximately 15 minutes by car, Splash & Slide is less than 2 minutes from the villa by car. Other water parks and Zoo Marine are also within easy driving distance.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the balance should be made 8 weeks before departure. A refundable damage deposit of £150 is also required. Payment can be made by transfer or cheque. The owners will provide further information when a booking is made.
