Quietly situated in Sesmarias, between Sao Rafael and Galé, the area is well known for having some of the finest beaches in the Algarve. Rates are for up to 6 guests staying in the villa. There is an additional charge of £50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Maximum 6 adults in the villa. The 2 extra guests, if required, can be accommodated on full-size fold-out beds. A security deposit is required with all bookings.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, providing that they fit in with other bookings.

All the bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the first floor.
Outside
Perfect for entertaining and an outdoor lifestyle, a private 6m x 3m kidney shaped swimming pool is set in enclosed pretty lawned sunny gardens with 6 sun loungers, a shaded area and lovely patio with barbecue and outdoor table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Albufeira is known for its beautiful beachas, such as Fisherman beach in the Old Town, Oura Beach and many others. In Sesmarias/São Rafael area there are several, mostly Blue Flag beaches: São Rafael, Coelha, Castelo, Evaristo, Galé and Salgados between all these beaches there are plenty of small and quiet beaches. All these beaches have restaurants nestling in the soft golden sands, they have sunbeds and umbrellas for hire and several have watersports on offer.
Golf
Ideally situated for golfers, Salgados golf course is 3km away, just 5 minutes drive.
Travel
Faro airport is 40 minutes by car. A car is recommended but not essential as there is so much available within easy walking distance with many restaurants, bars and a mini-market nearby.
Airport transfers can be booked at €35 for 1 - 4 guests, €45 for 5 - 6 guests and €50 for 7 - 8 guests.
Distances
3 minute drive to Apolonia supermarket and 2 minutes from Albufeira Marina, with its many water sports, including cruises, deep sea fishing, water skiing and para-sailing. 5 minutes drive from Albufeira Old Town. Zoomarine, Slide & Splash Water Park and Algarve Shopping are all a 5 - 10 minute drive.
