Villa Rosa is a brand new semi-detached villa (built 2004) situated near to Vale Do Garrao. Famous for being a great base for the beach, a selection of the Algarve's largest golden sandy beaches are within easy driving distance - 4 minutes away. The villa which sleeps 6 is in an ideal location for golfing enthusiasts, it is within 5 minutes drive from 6 courses. There are two shopping centres close by where you will find a supermarket, shops and restaurants. The beautiful Villa Rosa has air-conditioning and is furnished to a high standard. It has a fully equipped kitchen and the living area is reached by steps which overlooks the pool area and terrace. On the ground floor a spacious hall area leads to a double bedroom, a dining area, bathroom, kitchen, terrace and utility room. Upstairs there is one twin room with bathroom en suite and a double with bathroom en suite.

About the owner
I've lived in Portugal since 1986 and work in the tourism industry. I've made many friends over the years and decided to build 2 villas in 2004. When I first came to Portugal I stayed for a year in this area then moved away to another area in the Algarve. Nothing elsewhere compared! I was very happy to return in 2004. I've also mastered the language and speak fluent Portuguese.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I built Villa Rosa in 2004. When I first came to Portugal I lived in Quinta Do Lago and was determined to find a home in this area - my dream came true! The area is perfect, easy access to some of the best beaches in the Algarve ( 3-4 minutes drive), golf courses,riding stables and some fabulous restaurants.The airport is 20 minutes away and Almancil with numerous supermarkets is only 5 minutes drive away.
Unique benefits of the property
The villa is in an ideal location - it is set in a small urbanisation with it's own private parking. It's a couple of minutes walk from riding stables and literally a 4 minute drive either to Ancao or Julias beach. If you prefer to stay by the pool , the villa is set in a quiet location. I provide beach towels so no need to bring with you.You can walk to Alhambique restaurant which has a fabulous reputation for great food and service (you'll need to book)
