There are amazing views across the countryside to the sea. The villa is ideally located a short distance from the A22 motorway giving direct links to the rest of the Algarve and beyond.

Towels including beach towels are provided. The villa is cleaned and all linen is provided for your comfort. A cleaning service will take place once every 7 nights. |

Notes on accommodation
Casa No Campo is an amazing villa and offers excellent accomodation. It is ideally located for a great holiday. It is close to easy transport links to many of the local beaches and Towns along with many of the superb attractions the Algarve has to offer. The local town of Moncarapacho offers all local amenities, including Banks, excellent good value restauarants, supermarkets and fabulous coffee shops. The villa is within easy reach of some amazing golf courses with great golf and fantastic views. There is a lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the villa offering spa facilities and an amazing restuarants with fantastic views across to the sea.
Air conditioning is incuded in the price.
heating of the swimming pool is a cost of £150 per week on top of the holiday price.
Outside
The outside space at Casa No campo is superb. It is nestled in large, enclosed mature well maintained gardens, offering total privacy. There are many secret areas and little paths to get lost on leading to different parts of the garden. You will find a little summer house with it's own terrace and bbq area!
The swimming pool is at the front of the house set into it's own sun trap terrace. It is approx 6 metres x 2.5 metres and with a gentle slope to the deeper end making it suitable for children. The terraces are well equppied with garden furniture, parasols and sunbeds.
At the rear of the house leading from the kitchen is a shaded large terrace with a purpose built bbq and eating area. All surrounded with well established gardens and palm trees. The garden are lit in the evenings along with the pool area.
Pool heating is not included in the price and is £150 per week if required.

Casa No Campo is ideally located for a wonderful selection of golf courses with the East Algarve. Including the golf course situated at the Villa Monte hotel directly opposite the villa!

The pretty Town of Moncarapcho has shops, small supermarkets, excellent restaurants and cafes. Banking facilities, superb bakeries and a small daily fresh fish, fruit and vegetable market. In summer there is often ouside entertainment. Ther is a huge flea market once a month on the first Sunday of the month.

To secure your holiday at Casa No campo a 20% deposit is required via bank transfer. Then 8 weeks before the start of your holiday full payment via bank transfer is required. There is also a £200 security bond for breakages and loss of keys. returnable aat the end of your holiday.
