Mulberry: Self contained annex with double or twin Other: Front Hall with stunning views of the Algarve. Guest WC: Inner Hall with stairs to roof terrace and Landing.. Roof Terrace – a large sunbathing area but we recommend children should not access unaccompanied. It also houses the TV satellite dish. The landing has a desk and is useful for working members of the party! You can access free wireless Internet. Sitting room at front of house with sofas and table and chairs. Fabulous fully equipped kitchen with 2 cookers, 2 fridges, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Hot and chilled water dispenser with free bottled water. Living room with TV, Video and DVD player. Log fire. Utility room includes sink, extra deep freeze & washing machine.

Outside
The garden, which faces west, is terraced with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, terraces and numerous fruit trees including fig, lemons, oranges, mangos and avocados. Numerous sitting areas where guests can enjoy the stunning views and spectacular sunsets in comfort. Private astroturf tennis court.

Coast/Beach
The nearby beaches of the central Algarve are approximately 15 minutes drive away, the nearest being Falesia and Olhos d'agua. The wilder beaches of the West Coast of Portugal, suitable for surfing, are just a 50 minute drive away, as are those on the Spanish Algarve.

Golf
The numerous golf courses at Vilamoura are a 15 minute drive away and those at Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago some 25 minutes.

Travel
Faro International Airport is just 20 minutes drive from Casa Velha. We consider car hire is a must for guests to make the most of their stay in the Algarve. We can assist in arranging car hire. Please enquire direct for further information.

Distances
The largest market town on the Algarve, Loule, is just 10km from Casa Velha, Algarve Shopping Centre approx. 15 minutes and Faro Town around 30 minutes.
It takes around five minutes to drive to the EN125 and 3 minutes to the nearest portal to the A22 (IP1) Junction 11.

Further details
There are a number of international and Portuguese restaurants within a short distance of Casa Velha. The pretty nearby village of Boliqueime has banking facilities, pharmacy, numerous shops and bars as has the market town of Loule.
