Outside
A light, airy and welcoming new low rise apartment development. Communal gardens and choice of two shared pools with showers and individual childs pool. Sun loungers provided. Two pool bars. Spacious grassed areas with ample parking. Well lit at night.

Coast/Beach
Just 400 metres to award-winning Falesia Beach with its stunning red rock cliffs and golden sand beach. The longest beach in the Algarve has a great choice of facilities including parasoles and beds. Perfect for beach walkers, there are also a number of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, including the best of fresh sea food.

Golf
There are many high quality golf courses within a ten minute drive of the accommodation. The closest is the neighbouring Sheraton Pine Cliffs golf course, which includes the famous 'Devil's Parlour' par 3. Close by Vilamoura hosts the Millenium, Laguna and newly built Victoria courses, also the Old Course, Pinhal and Golf Academy with Driving Range are nearby.

Travel
Faro Airport is just 30kms away, providing a short and easy 30 minute drive to the accommodation. Car hire is recommended so that visitors can sample the full attractions of this marvellous location.

Distances
Small supermarket, bars and restaurants next to main entrance to Pine Sun Park. On outskirts of Acoteias village with bars, restaurants, shops and bank. World famous Vilamoura marina, with its fabulous selection of restaurants, nightlife & casino, is a simple 15 minute drive and has ample parking. Loule, Albufeira and other attractive towns are close by. The huge Algarve Shopping complex at Guia, Zoo Marina and water park are just 20-30 minutes away by car.

Further details

No smoking within the apartment please. Smokers asked to use outside balcony areas. Non-refundable deposit of 25% required to confirm booking, with the balance of payment required 6 weeks before travel. Refundable deposit in case of breakages/damage.
