Flexible changeovers, arrivals should be after 2pm and departures around 10am depending on whether another party is arriving/departing on the same day.

Notes on accommodation
The property is on one level making it ideal for those with mobility problems, and it is suitable for children. There are heaters in all rooms for the winter months.
Outside
The pool is private and is 10x5 meters fully gated for the security of children. There is a large sun terrace, BBQ and outdoor eating area.
Coast/Beach
You can walk to Carvoeiro and Paraiso beach in ten minutes, both are relatively small beaches although Carvoeiro beach offers watersports in the summer months.
Golf
There are three golf courses in Carvoeiro. Gramacho & Pinta are excellent courses offering reasonable twilight hour deals and Vale do Milho which is ideal for lessons and beginners.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro (maximum 1 hour drive). A car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance, although it would be useful if you wish to explore the Algarve.
Distances
Carvoeiro is a 10 minute walk from the property, there are many restaurants and shops on the way into the village.
Further details
There is plenty to do for children in the area, including the water slide parks (within 15 minutes) and Zoomarine where you can swim with Dolphins.
