This is a lovely character filled farmhouse that has been fully restored to modern standards. The atmosphere inside the house is fabulous and will appeal to all, young and old. Coast/Beach
Quinta das Palmeiras is excellently situated for the Algarves famous golden beaches. 20 mins to a choice of at least 10 beach resorts, 4 major water parks, Zoo marine, marinas, and many historic sites. Also local lakes and country walks and fishing.
Golf
The Algarve boasts many 1st class golf courses, your nearest being Carvoeiro, but a 30 minute drive would give you the choice of 8 of Europe's finest courses.
Travel
45 mins to Faro airpost 2 hours to Lisbon.
Distances
10 mins to Silves or Messines with banks, chemists, modern supermarkets, local fruit and fish market. Cumeada has 2 cafes, one which serves food. 20 mins to major shopping centre. 20 mins will take you to 4 water parks, zoo marine, 4 marinas (with many water sport activities). Also Algarve shopping with boutiques, hypermarket, restaurants, 10 pin bowling, & multi screen english cinema.
