Recently completed small development of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments situated just 15 minutes walk from the beach. All apartments are beautifully furnished and overlook the big swimming pool and sun bathing area or have spectacular views across the ocean. Apartments have fully fitted kitchens and ample car parking is available. Availability charts are correct. I have a number of apartments here and only show unavailability when all are booked.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The price is inclusive of a meet and greet service (regardless of the hour) and full guest telephone support - for any reason. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. A damage/security deposit £100 is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday and will be returned with 2 weeks after the end of the holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Apartments should normally be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure and are usually available after 2pm on the day of arrival.

Accommodation

The apartment has a large living room with dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and one family bathroom.
The living room is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV and a DVD.
There are patio doors leading from the living room onto the balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and sun bathing terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
A door from the kitchen leads directly onto the balcony which is useful when dining outside.
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.

This accommodation is similar to the 2 bedroom apartment. This apartment has a master suite with dressing area and en suite bathroom. There are two twin bedded rooms and a shower room. This apartment has balconies both to the north and south allowing all day sun bathing.

 

Check availability Frente, (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2)
This accommodation is similar to the other apartments. The bedroom has either twin beds or a double bed and there is a full bathroom.

 

Notes on accommodation
All visitors will be met by my local management company who will be delighted to deal with any questions you have. They will also be able to deal with any problems you have during your stay. Car rental can be arranged if required with collection at Faro airport. Availability charts cover several 2 and 3 bedroom apartments at Vilas das Acacias and therefore show availability across all apartments in the same category and are accurate.

Outside
A feature of this development is the swimming pool, sun bathing terraces and gardens.

Coast/Beach
The beach at Praia da Luz is a safe and sandy beach ideal for children. The beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. There is a variety of water sports available.

Golf
Praia da Luz is ideally situated for the golfing enthusiast with Parque de Floresta, Boavista, Palmares and Penina all within 30 minutes driving time.

Travel
Faro airport is 90 kilometers from Praia da Luz and with the opening of the new motorway is now just one hour by car. A car is not necessary to reach the beach, restaurants and bars but will allow visitors to enjoy the beautiful coastline, secluded beaches and other attractions of the Western Algarve. I have contacts with local car hire companies if you would like me to arrange a car to be waiting for you at the airport.

Distances
Lagos, the major town of the Western Algarve is 7 kilometers away. Here you will find the marina, narrow cobbled streets and pedestrian squares filled with cafes, restaurants and shops.

Further details
Other than golf and water sports you can enjoy horse riding, scuba diving and tennis.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of 20% is required with a booking and the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is also payable 8 weeks before arrival.
