It also benefits from a very secluded communal pool for residents and their guests. Its situation provides an ideal touring base for the many major attractions of the Algarve.

Changeover day
Changeover days are normally flexible but occcupants must vacate property by 10am on date of departure and new arrivals will not be able to gain access until 2pm on a changeover day.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is provided on 3 levels. Entrance level to kitchen, lounge and dining area. Spiral staircases from this level lead up to Master bedroom and down to the other two bedrooms with further access to the patio area. In view of the spiral staircase, parents should decide themselves on the suitability for children under the age of 3. A hairdryer is provided as well as 3 clothes dryers for the outside areas. All sleeping areas have built-in air conditioning units. A travel coat and baby chair is also provided.

Outside
Large tiled patio area with BBQ, overlooking golf course. Patio furniture for six persons provided as well as sunbeds. Secluded private complex swimming and paddling pools with toilet facilities, 100 metres away.
Coast/Beach
Portugal and the Algarve provide a fine selection of golden sandy beaches. Within 15 minutes walk of the property is the picturesque cove and beach of Centianes. A similar distance away, provides the coastal and clifftop walks. Other local beaches including, Carvoeiro, Benegil and Marinha can be reached by car within 5-15 minutes.
Golf
Casa Teresopolis is situated on the 9 hole Val de Milho course. Guests are offered 20% discount. In addition, the 18 hole courses at Pestana and Gramacho are only 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
Carvoeiro is located approximately 58 kilometres from Faro airport and takes about 45 minutes by car along the autoroute, exiting at Junction 6 of the A22. Use of a car is recommeded but not essential as the local taxi and bus services are both reasonably priced and regular. Car-hire companies are located at the airport.
Distances
Casa Teresopolis is located on the Vila Golfemar complex, a 5 minute drive from the resort centre of Carvoeiro which has a wide selection of shops and boutiques as well as banks, chemist, surgeries and Post Office. The villa is also 5 minutes walk away from Rocha Brava with its tennis courts and keep fit centre. There are 3 indoor swimming pools within short driving distance of the property.
Further details
Excellent road links make many attractions of the area within easy travelling distance, including the spectacular west coast, to suit all tastes and ages. Local attractions include the historic town of Silves with its famous castle and market, the waterpark at Lagoa, Zoomarina and Porches which is renowned for its pottery. For those rare rainy days, there is also the excellent modern cinema, bowling and shopping complex at Guia.

A 25% deposit is required on booking; the balance together with £100 returnable security deposit being payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental period.
