This is a well furnished and attractive 3 bedroom house on two floors located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. It has high ceilings in the sitting/dining area and is very light and airy. French windows lead from the sitting area out to the pool terrace whic is spacious with plenty of outside furniture as well as a barbecue area and sea views. The air conditioned bedrooms are comfortable and the upper mezzanine floor seating is great for chilling. The beach is a short walk through the countryside and is one of the unspoilt coves to be found in the central Algarve area. The nearest restaurant is very well known and popular, serving excellent food. There is a small local minimarket within easy walking distance as well as larger supermarkets in the area which will deliver your shopping. There are stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs to the first floor, but as the gallery and stairs are quite open, the house may not be suitable for very young children.

The sitting room has satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Radio,wi-fi, comfortable sofas,with a dining area at one end leading from the kitchen.There are french windows leading from the sitting area to the pool terrace, where there are outside tables and chairs.
The upper gallery area has a relaxing seating area, with great sea views.
Bedlinen and towels are included. Bedlinen is changed once a week and towels twice a week. Cleaning is twice a week, including arrival day and once more. Pool towels are included.

The swimming pool has built in steps at the shallow end. It is an 8m x 4m kidney shape pool which is 1.2 m in the shallow end and 2m at the deep end. Beyond the pool there is a spacious terrace with great views and ideal for sunbathing. There is an outside eating area immediately in front of the sitting room french windows and a built in barbecue on the far side of the pool - means you can grill and thrill at the sea view!!
There is a small lawn at the rear of the property.
Important notes on accommodation
This attractive property is ideal for a beach/pool holiday..The fabulous beach at Praia da Coelha is an easy 5 minute stroll through the countryside. The house is in a fabulous location - away from the hustle and bustle of Albufeira but close enough to go to for a day or night out. There is an open top bus which runs regularly during the day and early evening and the pick up point is a 10 minute walk away.

Thursday is our preferred arrival day, but we can be flexible, so please ask at time of booking.
Bookings can be made by email. A 20% non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking and the remaing 80% is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental. Booking with 4 people or under will be given a small discount.

About the area
The nearest beach is Praia da Coelha which is a pleasant walk through the countryside - approx 500 metres.It is a very attractive cove with a great beach bar and interesting rock formations.
The well known Galé Beach is 2 kms away.
The nearest Golf course is at Salgados - just a 5 minute drive away.
How to get there
Faro Airport is approx 44 kms.
Whilst a car is useful when staying at Galeria, it is certainly not essential as most facilities are accessible within a 500m - 600m walk and taxis are easily available.
Nearest shop is 450m.
Nearest restaurant is 400 metres.
Beach 500 metres.
Salgados Golf 3.5 kms.
Albufeira 6 kms.
The Zoomarine park is 5 kms away and the Aqualand water park is 8 kms. Transport picks up close by. The sightseeing "hop on and hop off" tour bus is available just a short walk away and does the circuit to and around Albufeira every hour or so.

This property was amazing and maintained to a very high standard, surpassed all my expectations. We were well informed and given tonnes of information on local activities and restaurants. Everything on our door step from the beach, to restaurants and supermarkets - couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend this property, I certainly will be back. Big thank you to the owners.

Why this location?
Its location is just ideal, being so close to Coelha Beach and yet not isolated and close enough to walk to good restaurants nearby. There is even a small minimarket in easy walking distance - so we do not have to hire a car every time.
