| Kitchen: | newly Fully fitted kitchen with working cooker, hob, big fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and utility equipment for 5 people eg. plates, cup, knifes and forks etc. |

| Living Rooms: | Two sofa beds, chest of tables, coffee table, TV, video, DVD, hi-fi, a long black unit with drawers and cupboards and also table and 6 chairs. There are games for young and old and books to read. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is ideal for families and couples looking for the quiet holiday or just a round of golf. The apartment has air conditioning in main bedroom, heater and fans in living room.
Accessibility
The apartment offers good wheelchair and pushchair access with a ramp to the main entrance, big wide corridors, 3 different lifts and on level 3 you can just open the door to get to the pool area.
Outside
The apartment has an outside terrace which overlooks the sea , it also has a patio table and chairs. There is a large shared swimming pool which has a shallow end. There are two sun terraced areas at either end of the apartments.
Coast/Beach
You are just 5 minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach, which also offers some good boat rides from full day trips to just 1 hour.
Golf
There are about 21 golf clubs around the Algarve area from beginners with 9 holes to professionals who must have a handicap. Some golf clubs need to see a handicap certificate before you can play so please make sure you are aware of this.
Travel
You will fly into Faro airport which is about 30 mins drive from the apartment. There are taxis right outside the airport. We do not think you need a car because everything is right on your door step.
Distances
Faro is the capital of the Algarve, with good shopping, a picturesque little harbour, a museum and a lovely park by the waterfront.
Loule is an inland market town where on Saturdays local farmers gather to sell fruit and vegetables. Just about everything possible can be bought at this market. Well worth a visit but it is about 20 mins drive.
Silves is about 20 minutes drive, it is dominated by a large castle and overlooks countryside full of oranges and lemons.
Further details
Portimao is one of the largest shopping centres in the Algarve and is about 30 minutes drive away, however there are goods shops and restaurants in Albufeira and plenty of supermarkets in walking distance. There are two water parks closeby 'Slide and Splash' and 'Aqualand'. We can recommend both of these parks whether you have children or not. You are also close to Zoomarine, again a good day out.
Booking notes
Please telephone first for a booking form which needs to been sent back within 7 days with a non refundable £50 deposit per week. Also a £200 refundable deposit is required - this will be returned when you arrive home, provided there are no damage or breakages in the apartment. The rest of the balance needs to be payed in full 4 weeks before holiday date.
