With 2 swimming pools, splash pool, 2 restaurants, bar with nightly entertainment, tennis courts & childrens play area. The views from the balcony of the apartment are fantastic, overlooking both Old Town Albufeira and New Albufeira (The Strip) in the distance. The Beach is only 10 minutes walk away, as is the beautiful square in the centre of the Old Town were the many bars and restaurants are situated. The ideal base in lovely resort.

Changeover day
We prefer changeover day to be on a Saturday. But we are able to be flexible at quieter times.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is ideal for both families, with local entertainment on hand, and couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday with a variety of nightlife close by.
The apartment complex is built on a hill, with a few steps within the complex, and to the apartment. Most of the apartment blocks are only 2 storeys high. This apartment is located on the second floor. There are no lifts within the complex.
Outside
The Albufeira Jardim, has extremely well presented gardens, and public areas. There are 2 large swimming pools and a childrens splash pool, suitable for the little ones. There is a pool bar and restaurant around the pools. Sunloungers are available free of charge on a first come basis, mattreses for them are charged for at around 2 euros a day.
Coast/Beach
The main beach in Old Albufeira is only a 10 minute walk away. For the more adventurous, there are lots of beautiful beaches and coves only a short drive away. Most of the coves have a cafe/bar and sun loungers.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses located locally being the Balaia, which is small attractive 9 hole course with a par of 27 opened in 2001. The Pine Cliffs was founded in 1991, Par 33, the 9 holes have a fantastic cliff top location. Salgados was founded in 1994 and is situated behind the beach of Praia de Gale, it requires a technically skilled player with a Par 72. 6 courses can also be found in nearby Vilamoura which is only 15kms away.
Travel
Faro airport is only 30 minutes away. Transfers can be arranged payable locally.
Distances
Albufeira is a perfect base from which to explore the Algarve. You can visit other exciting locations such as Vilamoura, Alvor, Lagos etc. The wonderful city of Lisbon is only 2 and a half hours away by car or can be reached by rail from Faro.

Supermarkets, shops and banks are all available locally. Entertainment for the young can be found on site.
Booking notes
Bookings are taken either by phone or email. A £150 non refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking with the balance becoming due 6 weeks prior to departure.A £200 breakages deposit is also required with final balance and will be returned to you when apartment has been checked.
