This light, spacious, modern 3 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood ten minutes walk from the main beach in Nazare, the center of night-life/shopping, and 5 minutes walk from cafes, restaurants, and a large supermarket. Water-park is also walking distance. The apartment sleeps 6 in 2 doubles and 1 twin. There is a fold-up bed if you have a 7th person. Facilities include Garage, BBQ, WIFI Internet, cable TV, printer, Ipod dock, PS2, communal roof terrace. The apartment is large (160 sq m of inside space), bright and airy. Nazare is a traditional fishing village 1 hour north of Lisbon, accessible by car, train or bus. The stunning beach is framed dramatically by a cliff at one end which is accessed by cable car. Here the apartment is located and has sea views from all four balconies. Surfing, water skiing, horse riding, paragliding, biking, body boarding, windsurfing, kite surfing and 3 major golf courses all nearby.

Notes on prices

There is a fully-refundable damage deposit of 230 Euro, and a 20% booking deposit on the total stay. Full payment must be made 8 weeks before departure. Linen and Towels are changed once weekly when the flat is cleaned. If you require this to be done more frequently, it can be arranged for a small fee. Cable TV/ Hi Speed wireless broadband provided free of charge. If you want to stay for less than a week, let me know. Whatever your requirements we will do our best to accommodate them. Just ask!!

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small 2 story apartment block. It is not wheelchair accessible and there is no elevator. Cable TV is available for free in the villa with a large range of channels to suit all ages. High speed wireless broadband is provided free of charge (but not a computer). There is a private underground garage with two parking spaces for this apartment, as well as safe parking on the street outside.

Location Information: Nazare is a traditional fishing village 1 hour north of Lisbon. Its a beautiful old town with cobblestone streets, winding paths, historic buildings and a truly stunning beach ending in a dramatic cliff with a cable-car up to the old historic center. There are a line of shops, restaurants and cafes along the beach front. Nazare is great for body-boarding and is close to top surf and golf spots. It can be accessed by car (1hr from airport), rail or bus and is close to historic Obidos, the university town of Leiria, Fatima, Albocaca, Sao Martinho de Porto, and the European surf capital - Peniche. Nearby golf courses include Praia del Rey and Bom Sucesso. Lisbon is a major airport serviced by many airlines including Easyjet, Aer Lingus, Air France, British Airways, BMIbaby, TAP, Vueling & Germanwings and many more and is a 1 hour drive away. There is also a regular bus service between Lisbon and Nazare. Porto airport is further, but still only just over 2 hours by car.
