A fabulous 5 bedroom luxury detached villa located in a great location being set within a quiet cul de sac in an upmarket residential area, yet just a couple of minutes from the many beautiful beaches of this area (and walking distance to the beach and village of Praia da Luz). The villa has good sea views, private swimming pool with solar powered heating and jacuzzi and a huge basement with pool table, darts board etc. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a huge basement with an extra sleeping room with 3 extra beds (with ensuite shower room). The main living area is located upstairs to maximise the beautiful views with a large south facing terrace overlooking the ocean. Outside the gardens are very secluded with private swimming pool (solar heating) with jacuzzi. The beach at Praia da Luz is within walking distance, as well as the shops and restaurants.
