Notes on prices
Special booking deal -any booking made if pay 50% deposit will attract a 10% reduction on the rental price. Good to remember if you don't have to book school holidays that September and October are warm good weather time to be in the Algarve. Special welcome pack for all guests. Winter lets from £650 mth. Plus utility bills.
Changeover day
Saturday changeover day is preferred. Preferred arrival time no sooner than 4pm and departure no later than 10am, but these can be negotiable with prior notice.

12 x 6m private pool. Sunbeds. BBQ. Large outdoor dining area - seats 20 plus at the table. Large garden surrounding the property and pool. Roof terrace and 2 ground floor covered terraces.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach at Carvoeiro is only 5 minutes drive from the house. Larger beaches within 10 - 15 minutes drive away.
Golf
2 golf courses within 1 minute drive. 7 courses within 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Faro airport is 40 min drive by car. Car hire is essential unless you want to chill out by the pool and use the excellent public transport or inexpensive taxi cabs or airport transfer.We can recommend a local transfer from Faro airport which is a better price and very reliable.

All amenities including banks, Post Offices, restaurants can all be found in Lagoa. The hypermarket, pharmacy, electrical store and clothing store is 3 minutes walking or 1 minute drive away.
Booking notes
30% deposit is required if booking 6 - 12 months in advance. 50% deposit is required if booking made within 6 months. Whole balance due if booking within 8 weeks of commencement of holiday. All outstanding balances must paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. £150 refundable breakage deposit paid .

A huge thank you for letting us rent your beautiful villa. It was the best family holiday we've ever had. The villa was great and the kids loved the pool.The weather was gorgeous every day and we all enjoyed being able to sit outside and eat. We all hope to be able to visit again soon as we enjoyed it so much. Shame we had to come home! Alison was lovely and very friendly and helpful.
