Villa Christopher is a charming and refurbished (2008) 4 bedroom/8 person villa on one level with a combined kitchen/lounge/dining area opening onto pool/patio area. Bathroom with separate shower plus en suite shower/wc to 2 bedrooms.Utility room in lower ground floor. The villa is set in mature landscaped gardens with fruit trees, large patio, barbecue area and swimming pool. All areas very private with no overlooking. The Villa has been fully refurbished which was completed Easter 2008. Works included new floor and wall tiling throughout, repainting, new kitchen & appliances, new bedroom furniture and new showers/toilets. All bedrooms are spacious with patio doors which open onto the garden and patio area. The lower ground level has parking spaces for up to 3 cars. There are a number of fine restaurants, fantastic beaches and golf courses nearby some within walking distance and all within a 10-15 minute drive. Villa Christopher provides a superb home for your Algarve holiday.

Changeover day
Thursday changeover day. Arrivals to be after 3.00pm, departures before 11.00am to facilitate cleaning.

| Living Rooms: | Large bright and spacious combined living room/kitchen/dining area with 3 sets of patio doors overlooking pool and gardens. Room includes new LCD flat screen TV ( SKYsatellite which receives all UK channels) and new DVD player. A new woodburning stove. |
| Other: | All rooms are well furnished with new beds and all have air conditioning. Bedrooms 2 and 3 and 4 have patio doors leading to pool and patio with bedroom 4 doors leading to the garden. |

Towels and bed linen are included which are changed weekly. Beach towels are not included. The villa is cleaned weekly. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned. The grounds are fully private and enclosed and suitable for children. The villa is situated over a basement and is reached via a set of steps.
Accessibility
Access to the villa is via steps and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Swimming pool(private) free form shape approx 8mx4m, approx 600mm to 1800mm deep.The patio areas have been repaved (Easter 2008). Built in barbecue with dining area adjacent, tables, chairs and recliners. Clothes drying area. Awnings over living room and kitchen patio doors.
Gardens surrounding the pool comprise grassed areas with a range of mature trees and shrubs. All garden areas are very private and are not overlooked.
Coast/Beach
The Villa is within a 10 minute drive to a variety of beautiful beaches from Quinta do Lago to Quartiera. All beaches are sandy and safe and most have a variety of cafes and restaurants as well as watersport facilities.
Golf
The Villa is close to the renowned golf courses at Vale do Lobo,Quinta do Lago and Villamoura all within a 10 to 15 minute drive.
Travel
Faro airport is approx 20 minutes by car. Lisbon airport is also easily accessible approx 3 hour drive with Seville approx 2.5 hours.
Distances
The town of Almancil is approx 2km from the Villa. Also within a 10 min drive are the resorts of Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Villamoura and Quarteria.
Loule and Faro are also approx 15 mins drive from the Villa.
Further details
A number of restaurants (typical Portugese, Brazillian,French, Indian and Mediterranean) are within a 10-15 min walking distance from the Villa.
Within a 10 minute drive of the Villa are a tremendous selection of top class restaurants most of which are children friendly and all serve really good food and have great service.
There are also within a 5 minute drive a selection of shops and supermarkets.
Vilamoura Marina is approximately a 10 minute drive away.
Booking notes
A 15% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining 85% must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings are accepted via telephone or e-mail. Payments by cheque only (Sterling or Euro).
