Notes on prices
To Book with us: We request a 30% deposit of the total rental price is required upon the booking request. The remainder must be paid between the booking confirmation and at least 6 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer to an account designated by us. Booking conditions: You must be at least 21 years old to make a booking with us. Upon receipt of the booking request we will make a provisional reservation on the property for a period of 3 days from the date of booking. The booking will only be valid upon the receipt of the deposit within this 3 day period. The number of people arriving at the property cannot exceed the number of people booked and paid for. The properties are booked from 4pm on your arrival day to 10am on your departure day. Holiday Seekers.co.uk cannot be responsible for missing or stolen objects in and outside the property. Pets are not allowed. Minimum stay: flexible.
Services included in the accommodation price: Rental of the villa per week; Maid service from 1 time per week; Change of towels twice a week and linen once a week; Costs of water, electricity, gas, pool and garden maintenance.
Cancellation terms: The cancellation notes should reach us by post, fax or e-mail. The 30% deposit is non refundable. Cancellation between 42 - 22 days before arrival: 90% of the total cost of your holiday Cancellation between 21 - 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total cost of your holiday Note: If the reason of your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to claim these charges.

Location Information: Guia: With its famous restaurants, one of which is where the Portuguese dish of chicken Piri Piri was created. There are also superb seafood and grill restaurants, plus an authentic local bar in the square. Although it's 6 kilometres from the coast you have a fantastic selection of beautiful sandy coves within a 10 minute drive. Within a 1.5 kilometres from our villas in Guia is the Algarve Shopping Mall, with a huge choice of shops, a food court, supermarket and multi-screen cinema, where movies are shown in their original language mostly English. Across the main road there's a branch of Makro, take your membership card if you have one, for access to the superstore. Zoomarine Aquatic Park is a theme park with rides and various attractions with an aquatic theme is only a 1.0 km away. There's also a dolphin interaction program where you can swim with the dolphins - this needs to be pre-booked. Several water parks are also within easy reach for a day of thrilling slides and fun.
