Changeover day
We strongly recommend that guests take out insurance cover. We regret that bookings are only accepted upon the basis that the owner of the property will have no liability in either English or Portuguese law for any loss or personal injury to any guests.

Notes on accommodation
Outdoor shower pool area. There are sun loungers available for use by the pool, garden & roof terrace area. Baby cot & high chair are provided on request.

Gale & Salgados beaches 5km. Car advised but there is a bus service or we can arrange drop off/pick up for you at a small cost.

There are many golf courses within easy reach of Guia (Salgados) 5km.

Flights From Faro airport is about 35km from villa can arrange taxi for you cost 40 euro each way (If not a car hire is advised.)

Guia 2km, Albufeira 5km, Zoo Marine is just up the road, you have Water Sports, Water Park Nr by 8/10km Also Horse riding, Tennis & Football in the Village, Go Karting at Almancil & lots , lots more to do if you want.
Further details
For larger shops, Algarve shopping is just outside the village of Guia & this offers many well know shops, a large food hall, ten pin bowing & a multi screen cinema where many films are shown in English. You also have Banks, Bars & good Restaurants in Guia & Sir Cliff Richards Vineyards.

Clients can pay by Bank Transfer £ Pounds / Euro deposit is required to secure all bookings . A 20%non-refundable deposit is payable within 1 week of making a Reservation should you choose to cancel. Changeover day is flexible. Enquiries for long term lets are welcome.Hope to see you soon.

We retired in July 2009 we wanted a new life in a
Wonderful climate Portugal beckoned and now we have the sunshine and the quality of life. My wife and I live in the main house on site.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
When our Children where young we rented a villa here
and we kept coming back each year. We just fell in love with the people and the place and that was Thirty years ago. So we decided to retire here. Its for all age groups you have so much to do if you want to, or just take it easy its up to you.
