Notes on prices
Prices for Apts A, B and C are for 2 people per apartment per week in UK Pounds Sterling. Apt D is for 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years Children under 10 years free of charge. Children over 12 years or extra adults have a daily supplement of £5. The price includes:- Weekly change of bed linen and towels. Weekly cleaning. Electricity, water and gas. Cot and highchair for babies.

Saturday is our changeover day, but we can be flexible out of season.

Kitchen/diner with dining table, breakfast bar, four ring cooker with oven, fridge and sink unit plus balcony with sea view.

Notes on accommodation
Televisions can be hired. Bathroom towels and linen provided and changed weekly. Beach towels not provided. Maid service.
Outside
There is a good sized private swimming pool 12 x 5 metres with communual sun loungers and an excellent barbecue with seating. Pleasant gardens surround the villa and there is ample off road parking.The pool is gated and the grounds are fully enclosed and gated.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beach of Meia Praia is just 300m in front of the villa and stretches for 8 km from Lagos to Alvor. There are many other smaller coves and beaches along the south coast. The magnificent west coast is just 20 minutes drive which is very popular for walking and surfing and even in the middle of summer can be relatively empty. There are numerous beach bars/restaurants and watersport facilities within walking distance on Meia Praia beach.
Golf
There are eight 18 hole golf courses within a 20 km radius of the villa. The scenic Palmares course is just 3 km from us. The relatively new course of Boa Vista is 6 km away. Parque da Floresta being the most westerly course on the Algarve is only 10 km distance. Going east, approximately 8 km from us we have the championship course of Penina. Continuing east you will find the tree lined Alto course. Next on this stretch are the Carvoeiro courses of Pinta and Gramacho. Last but not least within this 20 km radius we have the newest course of Morgado set in the foothills of the Monchique mountains.
Special interest holidays
Golfing, fishing and horse riding can be arranged. Painting classes can also be organised.
Travel
Faro Airport is 70km (50 miles) away and just one hours drive along the motorway. Both Lisbon and Seville (Spain) are 250km, roughly 3 hrs drive. Car hire is not essential, but is available if required.

Lagos is 3 km away and can be walked in 20 minutes or 5 minutes by bus, which stops outside the villa. Nearest grocery shop 200 metres. Nearest restaurant 200 metres. Nearest beach bars 300 metres. Supermarkets, banks, shops and numerous restaurants situated in Lagos.

Lagos is an ancient walled town where you will find culture and historic splendour mingling easily with cosmopolitan trendiness. In the narrow cobbled streets chic boutiques lie next door to quaint antique shops, art galleries, pottery shops and irresistable restaurants.This was one of the coasts most popular and delightful towns even before the addition of its fabulous yacht marina - only the second such waterfront development along the entire coast of southern Portugal. Boat trips are availabel from the marina for dolphin watching and exploring the picturesque coastline and grottoes.
