Villa offers two swimming pools including children's pool as well as a 4-6 person Jacuzzi. Full Sky TV with movies, sport and childrens package. Praia Del Rey is one of Europe’s leading golf resorts. Coast/Beach
Located 200 yards from sea. Beach access close by. Fantastic, often deserted beach with lifeguard (during peak times). Local beaches ideal and well known for surfing.
Golf
The golf course at Praia Del Rey is located between the stunning Atlantic coast and the extensive pinewoods. Despite having only been completed in 1998 the par 72, 6467 yard course has already become established as one of the very best in Europe. Both Golf World (13th best course in Continental Europe) and Peugeot Golf Guide (best course in Portugal) have rated it extremely highly. The course also offers a high quality golf academy including driving range, short game practice area and is always in great condition with lush fairways and well manicured greens.
There are numerous other good courses in the area with Belas Clube de Campo, Golden Eagle and the new CampoReal are all close by.

Lisbon is well served by the scheduled airlines and low cost airlines as well.

Monarch fly daily from Gatwick
BA offer 5 flights per day from Heathrow some of which start from just over £100 return. Further flights are provided by the likes of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Lufthansa, Alitalia and Air France. Flights take approximately 2hrs 30 minutes.

A non-refundable 25% deposit secures your booking; the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. In addition a security deposit of £200 is added to your final payment to cover any breakages. This will be refunded within 7 days after the end of your rental period.
