Changeover day
I prefer to have the changeover day on Saturday. Person coming in after 4pm and person going out before 10am but I am flexible.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all equipment any chef could dream about. 2 ovens, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, scale, knifes, pots and pans, dishwasher, American fridge and old fashion gas hob. |
| Utility Room: | One utility room close to the kitchen and an other one huge with all the place you need for storage. |
| Living Rooms: | The kitchen / dining place / living room are together (without being mixed) so that you can cook, chat with a friend sitting on very cosy sofa or watching your child having a snack... The marble round diner table is welcoming. |
| Other: | I decided to separate the TV / DVD from the eating place. One bedroom (3) is the TV and DVD room. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. Beach and pool towels are not. I offer 12 kilos of laundry wash and iron by couple /week. If there is more I ask 10 euros by 6 kilo washed. There is a iron and a table for ironing in the villa. |

10 minutes walk for the closest beach (Praia das Maçãs) but 4 more beaches nearby.

15 minutes from Beloura, Estoril, Ericeira and Peninha.
Special interest holidays
The villa is close to surf school, body board school, tennis school, golf courses, paddel school, horse riding. It is possible to enjoy massage and others relaxing treatment. I love to take you for discover nature by walk. In Sintra you can visit many palaces , museums and churches .All around there is typical market. Lisbon is rich also about cultural event. Concert, theatre are plenty during all year.
Travel
Lisbon airport is 30 minutes form the property. It is recommended to use a car but last year some person from Norway spend here 2 wonderful weeks without it.
Distances
5 minutes to Janas or Colares or Almocageme. 15 minutes to Sintra. 20 to Cascais or Estoril. 30 to Lisbon or Ericeira.
Further details
All this area is protect about nature and authenticity. It still easy to find little genuine market, fresh fish restaurant.
Example: The supermarket in Janas is happy to bring your grocery at home, so it is possible to have a nice walk to there, make your shopping, go have a fresh drink and go home light and free walking again! Luis is going to take care of everything. At Luis supermarket you find the best wine and toilet paper.
Booking notes
30% at the booking by bank transfer. 30% one month before the entry by bank transfer. 40% for the day by bank transfer. 350 caution in cash. That amount is going to be all back to you when the inventory is alright.

I came to Portugal in 1987 in order to work in the Alentejo but always I kept some dream about Sintra area . As soon as I could I came here around and look for the right place !
