Notes on prices
Prices shown are per room, per night in UK Pounds, including breakfast. Approx exchange rate 1 UK Pound = 1.50 Euros. Based on two sharing a double room and four sharing a suite.

Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Saturday however we can usually be flexible, rooms must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Late flight departures, guests are welcome to use all hotel facilities. Showers may be taken in the our poolside changing area.

Residencial das Rosas Twin and Double Rooms

Twin and double bedrooms with ensuite and air conditioning, some of which have balconies and sea views. Extra cots or beds are available on request.

Residential das Rosas Self Catering Suites

Suites comprise one double or twin bedroom and a lounge which is equipped with a settee that converts into two single beds and some suites have a chair that converts into an extra single bed. All suites are equipped with a drop leave table and four chairs and most have balconies with sea views All have one bathroom and a kitchenette with Microwave oven/grill and a two burner stove, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and coffee maker. Kitchenettes are fully equipped for four/five persons. All Suites have satellite TV installed and broadband internet access.

Residential das Rosas Suite

Family suite which sleeps 4, consisting of 1 bedroom and one lounge with 2 settees that convert to single beds, and 1 bathroom, the bedroom and the lounge both have their own balcony from which the swimming pool and surrounding area are easily accessible.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating, Sky TV and Broadband Internet access, Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Outside
Our large pool is surrounded by pleasant gardens fully equipped with sunbeds and garden furniture. There are outside showers, toilets and changing facilities. Our bar serves drinks on the large patio overlooking the pool. All room terraces have table and chairs provided.

Coast/Beach
A 5 minute drive to the longest sandy beach in the Algarve, Meia Praia provides ample parking and beach bars. All water sports available for the sporty!

Golf
The hotel is well located for the international golfer being surrounded by some of the Algarve´s finest golf courses. The nearest being Palmares which is only 2km drive away. The new Boa Vista golf resort is just a 10 minutes drive away on the N125 where further along this road you will find the well known Parque da Floresta resort.

Travel
We recommend that you hire a car for your holiday, this can be arranged by us or by all major car hire companies which are situated at the airport. The nearest airport is Faro which is a 45 minutes drive away. If you wish for a car to pick you up from the airport, we can also arrange for this service.

Distances
We are a 5 minute drive from the historic and picturesque old town of Lagos with it´s many shops, lively bars and restaurants. There are night clubs for those of all ages who wish to party a little later into the night. For the price of a coffee, you can sit and gaze at the luxury yachts at the new marina which is a short distance from the hotel.

Further details
There are many large supermarkets in the surrounding area of Lagos. Also in Lagos town you will find many banks and cash machines. Other activities available locally: mountain biking, wind surfing, kite surfing, surfing, bird watching, trecking and walking, horse riding and football coaching.

Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking by cheque or bankers draft. We are happy to take payment by cash or credit card at the hotel for bookings of less than a week.

For longer periods we ask for payment 30 days before the start of your holiday.
