Pretty garden and patio, roof-terrace with dining area, sun beds and barbecue, easy on-street parking. Within easy reach of local beaches, amenities. Full air-conditioning and winter heating.
Just 10 minutes' walk from the beach, Albufeira Old Town and Albufeira Marina, access to local shops, bars and restaurants could not be easier. Further afield, theme parks and water parks (Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide & Splash) are a short drive away. For golfers, the courses at Salgados and Vilamoura are within 15/20 minutes' drive.

Notes on prices
Payment is also accepted in Euros. 20% discount for up to 3 people June - September. The rental includes provision of linen and bathroom/kitchen towels, electricity, gas and mains water, twice-weekly maid service. a welcome pack of provisions on arrival and use of the Cerro Grande Pool/bar. For reservations of one week or more transfer from Faro Airport to the villa on arrival is also included. Special rates exist for long Winter lets (4 weeks or more). Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The villa must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Access on the day of arrival is normally 4.00 p.m. unless otherwise agreed in advance with the owner.

Towels and bedlinen are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Bedlinen is changed once a week, towels twice a week. The villa is thoroughly cleaned at changeover. The maid will visit every 3 - 4 days to clean and change the towels. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is accessed from the road by steps up at the front and down at the rear and has front and rear gates. The wood burning fireplace, air conditioning units and bedroom wall heaters provide warmth in winter. Cot and high chair available for rent at small additional cost. We ask guests not to smoke inside the villa. You are welcome to smoke in the garden and on the terrace.
Accessibility
The villa is approached by a shallow flight of steps up from the street at the front, and by a steeper flight of steps down from the roof terrace at the rear.
Outside
SW facing front garden with flower beds, small lawn and patio. Dining table + 6 chairs. 2 sunbeds. Small rear courtyard (shaded in afternoon) with washing lines, small table with 2 chairs and built-in seating. Large roof terrace with covered dining area for 6 people, Barbecue with basin, 6 sun beds. Shared free use of Cerro Grande Pool/bar (inc.children's pool, sun beds and umbrellas) (5 mins walk). The pool is available from early to May to end October, weather permitting. Fully attended during opening hours (10am - 7pm). Drinks, light meals and snacks available at reasonable prices.
Coast/Beach
Albufeira beach with its many cafes and amenities is 10 minutes walk from the villa.The western end of the beach nearest the villa is accessed by a lift and staircase. There is an escalator at the eastern end. Smaller quieter beaches (e.g. Sao Rafael, Coelha, Castelo) are 10 minutes drive away. The vast expanse of Gale beach is 15 minutes drive and has several modern cafes.
Golf
Salgados golf course is 15 minutes drive away. The courses at Vilamoura are 20 minutes drive away.
Travel
Faro airport is 40 kms away - approx. 35 minutes' drive. There is a very effective taxi service in Albufeira so use of a car is not essential, except to explore beaches further afield. Car hire from the airport can be arranged in advance.
Distances
Albufeira old town is 10 minutes walk. Theme parks and water parks (Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide & Splash) are a 15 minute drive/taxi away. Bookings can be made through our local villa manager. Courtesy buses pick up a short distance from the villa. Algarve Shopping (130 shops, cafes, 10-pin bowling, cinema) is also 15 minutes drive away.
Further details
There is a very pleasant bar, snack bar, a good family restaurant and supermarket within 5 minutes' walk of the villa. Other restaurants (all prices and tastes catered for) banks, bureaux de change and shops are 10 minutes' walk away in Albufeira old town and in Albufeira Marina.
Booking notes
Please book directly with the owner by phone or email. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit (payable by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros) with the balance payable six weeks before commencement of the holiday. Payment in full is required for bookings made at less than six weeks' notice. A welcome pack is provided free but additional shopping can be purchased for late arrivals by arrangement with the owner.
