Casa da Laginha is a villa which stands on top of a cliff with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The house has been completely renovated, redecorated and impeccably furnished in 2003. The house offers spacious accommodation and is ideal for a large family or 2 families to share. 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor, 1 twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms have verandas overlooking the sea and the main bedroom has a large terrace with panoramic views where a 6 person hot tub has been installed. The picturesque village of Zambujeira do Mar is 5 minutes walking distance with its bars, outdoor cafes and excellent restaurants. Three beautiful beaches and a rock pool are just a short walk away. Due to its idyllic situation, the house catches the Atlantic breeze making air conditioning unnecessary.

Affording an excellent view of the beach, Zambujeira do Mar is a small (900 inhabitants) fishing village on Alentejo's south-west coast where it is still possible to enjoy a feeling of great peace and tranquility. Located within the protected area of the 'Natural Park of the South-West Alentejo and the Costa Vicentina' its beautiful beaches constitute one of the main attractions. Local shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance from the house. Cycling, diving, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, surfing, swimming walking and wind-surfing are the main leisure activities.
Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit required with confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the starting date. Weekends and short stays also available off season. Contact owners for details. A refundable deposit against breakages and damages will be charged at £300 per booking. Payments to be maid by cheque or bank transfer. There is an additional £80 final check out cleaning fee per booking payable with the rental balance.
