Security deposit of 350 ponds - it is paid upon check in and returned upon the check-out.
For safety reasons, in case of large groups, the security deposit may be more. Guests planning to have a stag/hen night party are requested to inform the owner about this prior to booking. Only then it would be possible to negotiate the terms.

Fortunately, we have developed high level of trust towards great majority of customers. Nevertheless we need to mention that highly unproper behaviour may end up in immediate request to leave apartment and the loss of security deposit. Krakow is in the south of Poland so to the beach area is about 400km to get the train in 4h to get there.

Golf area is in two places, in Wieliczka and Krzeszowice.

There's lots of places for ski around Krakow, one of them is just 25min driving in Myslenice or one of the most popular with high mountains in Zakopane just 1.20min driving.
