Whether it is a trot by horse-cart around Market Square or a visit to the City’s celebrated, Medieval Cathedral, everything is no more than a hundred metres from our front door! But, perched on the fourth floor within an historic bank building, facing away from the Square, the apartment offers amazingly peaceful accommodation - with the best of Krakow’s attractions and nightlife just a lift-ride away. The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard - a mixture of modern design with classic charm, provided by a range of traditional art deco furniture. Its spacious rooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen make it well adapted to parties of up to seven. The main bedroom has a huge and dazzling bay-window that catches the morning sunshine, as well as its own en-suite toilet and shower.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Apartment will be ready from 14.00 on the arrival day and needs to be vacated by noon (12.00) on the day of departure.

| Kitchen: | Kitchen provides cooker, hob (with extractor fan), large American-style fridge/freezer and microwave. Also contains a generous range of all the usual utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, cafetiere and bin. |
| Living Rooms: | Adjoining the kitchen area, the living room includes a TV and DVD player, with access to a range of local and satellite channels. It has a large dining table with chairs and a sofa that can fold out to offer a further double-bed if required. |

Accessibility
Up on the fourth floor, the building is served by two lifts making it fully accessible to wheelchairs.

The entrance to the flat includes a small, private east-facing balcony area.
Golf
Krakow Valley Golf Club approx 45 min drive from the apartment has an 18-hole golf course, riding stables and its own shooting range.
Skiing
Zakopane - Poland's leading ski resort in the Tatra Mountains - is only 100km away. Excellent skiing facilities during the winter months and great walking in the summer.
Travel
Balice - Krakow's airport is served by Ryanair, Skyeurope, Easyjet, LOT and British Airways. A taxi from the airport to the apartment takes roughly 30 mins. The charge is approx 75 zlotys (£18), but allow more on weekends and at night. You could also take a train to Balice from the Krakow Central station.
Distances
Seconds from the Main Square and the Cathedral. 10 min walk to the Wawel Castle. 15 min walk or 10 min taxi ride to Kazimierz (Jewish District). 10 min walk to the main train station where you can find buses to Auschwitz and Wieliczka salt mine.
Further details
You are within 5 minutes walk of many of Krakow's finest restaurants. Local shops on the Square provide basic groceries, fine wines, a pharmacy and cafes, ice cream and much more. There are a number of ATMS within yards of the front door, as well as a cinema, and a nightclub. 10 minutes walk to Galeria Krakowska - the city's leading shopping centre.

Confirmation by email is required followed by a non refundable 25% deposit. The remaining balance has to be paid in full 2 weeks before arrival. Payment method and all the other details will be provided by separate email from the owners.
