Comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, sleeps 4/6 people in a building from 1938. Centrally located right next to one of the biggest tourist attraction - Lazienki Park and also Centre for Contemporary Art, many famous restaurants and just a few bus stops from the Old Town and the city centre. Apartment is wholly renovated, colorful and furnished with a mix of modern and antique furniture. It’s decorated with handmade ceramics, which was made especially for this place.

Children are welcome. On request a baby cot and a baby highchair, baby tub, bottle warmer. There are many parks with children playgrounds and a kid friendly within a walking distance.
Downstairs, in the same building there is a grocery store, greengrocer's, a newspaper and tobacco kiosk, a pharmacy and a pleasant restaurant. More upscale, fashionable restaurants and clubs are within a walking distance.
There are also very convenient public transport connections to other important parts of the city, and a bicycle route to the strict city center.

Accessibility
Apartment is not accessible for wheelchairs. The building does have a too small elevator and there are a few stairs at the entrance.

Airport - 20-25 min. by car, main railway station - 10-15 min. by car, there is very convenient bus connection to get railway station.
Distances
Local shops (grocery store, greengrocer's, a newspaper and tobacco kiosk, a pharmacy and a pleasant restaurant) are downstairs, just in the same building; a few other restaurants - 3-7 min. by foot.
The nearest bank is vis-a-vis apartment, the others - 10 min. by foot.
Supermarket - 10 min. by foot, hypermarket - 10-15 min. by car.
Further details
Just near the apartment there is Lazienki Park. Established in the 17th century the largest park in Warsaw. Lies in Warsaw's Downtown on the "Royal Route" linking the Royal Castle with Wilanow Palace.
Old Town and Royal Castle (10-15 by car/bus from apartment). Official residence of the Polish monarchs today is a historical and national monument, and is listed as a national museum.
Wilanow Palace (15-20 by car/bus) together with its park and other buildings is one of the most precious monuments of Polish national culture.
Palace of Culture and Science (10-15 by car/bus), originally known as the Joseph Stalin Palace of Culture and Science, is a famous gift from the Soviet Union to the people of Poland.
The nearest cinema, theatre - 10-15 min. by foot.
National Gallery - 10 min. by car/bus, Centre for Contemporary Art - 5 min. by car/bus.
